Southampton definitely the best team to watch in the Premier league outside the big 6 They are better to watch than half of the big 6 let alone those outside it
After watching ManUtd vs Arsenal I really regret mentioning the big 6. Hasenhüttl surely deserves to be considered a candidate for a top team soon?

Alaba is officially a free agent next season, Bayern president Hainer has confirmed that Bayern rescinded their offer.
Let's see if he can actually get the 20+ million he wanted for an extension from another club, I don't think he is worth it.

I mean he is 28 and still has many more years to go, offering him 200k-300k a week in England is very feasible for a multitude of clubs (especially given he would be a free agent), HOWEVER, where on earth do you play him? I don't think he is a strong enough cb for the English game, he doesn't want to play left back? He isn't good enough for a cm spot either? Be very interesting where he ends up.

Let's see if he can actually get the 20+ million he wanted for an extension from another club, I don't think he is worth it. Maybe he'd be willing to go for less if he was guaranteed a spot in midfield, his preferred position. However given that even Austria don't use him there because they (believe they) have better midfield alternatives should give any potential club pause for that line of thought.
Supposedly he's always wanted to play for Barca or Real but Barca will be hard-pressed to afford him (never mind the shitshow going on at the club atm) and I think Real probably have other big investments in mind that make a player with salary demands like Alaba's unattractive (mostly Mbappé). I could see him going to Man City though if Pep is still there after this season. Gotta get the annual big defense signing.
I'm also not 100% convinced the Bayern door is entirely closed though. Bayern - especially Flick - would like him to stay, but not at any price. If Alaba ends up lowering his demands at some point he might end up staying anyway.

That would be something new for Bayern, but they also have new people in charge with Kahn, Brazzo and Hainer, so you might be right. Kind of a last resort to break the apparent deadlock in negotiations at the moment.

Arteta has started pretty well, Emery had moments and Wenger kept things ticking over pretty well all things considered in the latter years.
A theory doing the rounds is Arteta isn’t allowed to pick Ozil for his side, given not just Ozil’s PR war with the board about his paycheck but also his comments on the Uighur Muslims and how badly that went in China.
Given Arsenal seem fundamentally solid now and their chief deficiency is in midfield creativity he seems an odd omission for all his flaws for that reason alone. Not to mention Arteta was happy to pick him pretty frequently early doors and now he’s not even in squads.
I’m not saying Ozil solves all these problems at all, but not even having a player of his skillset as a potential option ever seems, weird, and given he was quite a frequent participant when Arteta first took over and is completely frozen out now it seems that theory has some legs.

Can’t think of any playing to this level at that age. I gravitated towards Teddy Sheringham at United but even he I don’t think was quite that age.

No, he was not Wolves' best player come off it. He is thriving right now, no doubt, but so is Calvert Lewyn, is he the best striker in Europe now like his golds records shows?

Please continue pande. I love him scoring goals

Sure if you think the guy was a world beater before he joined Liverpool you can continue.
Back to reality. Real Madrid and Inter on course to exiting the group stages....while Bayern are looking vulnerable in Europe again. Moscow last week looked good vs them and now Salzburg are level with them.
