They found a solid QB in Minshew and have basically made it apparent that, although he performed well with very limited weapons as a 6th rounder, the Jags have no faith in him. The fan base loves Minshew and thinks he has potential to be the guy, the front office just ignores it and continues to selfdestruct the team. If the front office was halfway competent, the team might still have Ramsey, Calais, Yannick, Fournette and could go after other weapons. But Caldwell/Khan are acting like idiots. Even if Minshew doesnt work out over the next year or two, there is always 1-3 solid QBs in each draft to go after if Minshew proves to not be the guy.
