If just tactics & man management were the issue, United wouldn't be going through the whole manager like they do now. I'm not sure how people rate him as manager, but I'm fairly sure he has strong ideas on how to run an efficient club and understanding of how Dortmund & PSG have set up theirs. | ||

All of this points to that it's not a problem with Ole (although he might not be the right man for the job), and replacing him with Allegri, Poch or anyone else won't just solve ManU's problems. It looks a LOT like the problems Ajax was having in the 00s, and it was only a complete reset of the whole management, and strategy for how to structure the youth academy, transfer policy etc. etc. that got Ajax back on track. It took Cruijff staging a coup at Ajax to ram that change through. No clue what ManU needs tho. | ||
