Thats a serious insult to Leganes.. they would do better.

Wolves, Wolfsburg and Wolfsberg all in action tonight!

I have no idea how we haven't given up like two goals already

Because Frankfurt sold everyone that scored goals

Anyways, great final result for us, even if our midfield and defense looked awful at pretty much every point of the game

Well as a quick summary, Frankfurt were your classical lower/mid table team that valiantly fought off relegation and occasionally lucked into european competitions. Due to a mixture of good organization, management and luck they got both quality management/coaching and players, culminating in their trio of:
Rebic 13 goals / 6 assists -> Milan Haller 20 goals / 12 assists -> West Ham Jovic 27 goals / 7 assists -> Real
So yeah, thats a lot to ask of Bas Dost, even if he was good at Sporting and before that with Bremen Wolfsburg

Well I watched the highlights and there were some pretty good chances so I'll take it. Not nearly good enough but still.

i mean with a regular amount of luck/slightly better finishing United wouldve been up 3-0 by half time. second half was pretty poor, but the first half was complete dominance, just without the goals. like 5 massive chances and what felt like a 10:1 completed pass rate. (total stats are 74:26 possession, 20-3 in shots, 7-0 shots on target).

Meanwhile Wolfsberg AC for the win! :D

The Yanited game also was a fair few changes right? Not exactly "full strength" yanited? Also that team is the annoying one they beat Atletico Madrid at home and beat them, they also normally get into group stage of champs league so they not really bad xD

Of the players that started vs Leicester in the previous PL match, only rashford and matic started against Astana. And they really should have scored a couple in the first half. In the second half it was a bit tense, united wasn't able to maintain the same pressure and Astana had some potentially dangerous counter attacks that whiffed, but overall it was a fairly decent showing, considering how it's basically the B side.

I'm pretty sure I said this before and got shutdown by you guys ^^ (saying Frankfurt was good because team effort and chemistry). But when you have no strikers, you won't win. Period

I find funny that Zidane wanted Bale and James out, and both have been his best players recently.
