I know the rams gave up 55 last week but they are still dangerous and Seattle is always a good team... I think the homefield advantage gives Seattle the edge here. 27- 21 Seattle Weekend has a few decent games but nothing stands out , Cowboys vs Packers might be ok . Several teams are already fighting to stay relevant. Feel like Steelers have to win against the Ravens so that could be a great game.

His one monster game aside, Fournett still looks like the exact same back whose career ypc was under 4 yards prior to this year. At the very worst that’s a lateral trade if it were 1:1. He bought high on fornetts big game and sold low on gurley in a game where he only had so few carries because it was a shoot out.

With SF having the early bye and Shanhan giving two full weeks to prepare against Kitchens, it could get ugly for cleveland quick. There's a good write up on SI on why Burfict's suspension could be reduced in lieu of it being much more severe than any other in NFL history. https://www.si.com/nfl/2019/10/02/vontaze-burfict-suspension-analyzing-appeal-arguments Burfict and his representatives will instead focus on the severity of the punishment. Burfict will insist that a 12-game suspension is unreasonably long and illogical in light of previous punishments. As detailed above, the 12-game suspension reflects a 140% increase over what had been the longest suspension for on-field incidents in the NFL’s 99-year history. Such a dramatic jump, particularly in light of the financial consequences for Burfict, is arguably unjustified. Burfict will also portray a 12-game suspension as an unfair increase from his previous punishments. Until now, his longest suspension had been for five games in 2017, but it was reduced on appeal to three. A jump from five or three games to 12 games is substantial.

Managed to pick up Rivers when someone dropped him after week 2 so that's decent enough. Still really need Cousins to get his shit together for Thielen though, where's the guy with 4200 yards and 30 tds from last year?

This drama or w/e it is is warranted given that they have had disappointing games against GB and Bears. And their playbook is very run-heavy. And their schedule is only going to get tougher. And also Cousins just not making passes that an average QB could easily do (one that’s not being paid like an elite QB anyways). But I digress. I can’t even imagine a Vikings without Diggs. Hes got every right to be mad. There is no excuses for why the passing game is so shit this year for the vikings it has to be extremely embarrassing for him. He has another great WR on the team so the "gee you're just taking a ton of attention away or are the only good WR on the team" excuse doesn't work. The team has a great TE so its not just two double teams either. Good players should be mad when things are a mess I'd be more worried if he wasn't mad.

Also got a total of 1.8 pts from the TE position my first three weeks combined. I spite of all this, I'm in second place right now at 3-1. If Doyle or Ebron are available in FA I’d grab either or (Doyle preferably). Hilton is not at 100% and it’s gonna be a shootout against KC. In more TE news: My league is hyping up a Watson from NE. No idea who he is but the TE climate in our league is rough so they’re all over him like white on underwear.

Fox markets the premier of Smackdown on Friday during NFL Thursday Night Football. The WWE put Roman Reigns in the NFL halftime show with Terry Bradshaw, Tony Gonzalaz, and Michael Strahan while simultaneously airing a bunch of WWE television advertisements for the duration of the game. Fox owns the rights to WWE and part of the WWE universe is the XFL. Fox will be airing the inaugural XFL game the week after the NFL superbowl. Fox is also airing the XFL's "superbowl" the day after the NFL draft in April. Vince is using the NFL platform to advertise his league by proxy, love it ![]()
