Oh well thought we were the better team, but draw's a fair result too since pool didn't play bad. No shame losing to a wonder goal. We didn't even fuck up. Sturridge had no right to shoot from there but he did it perfectly.
Not happy with our subs today. Not sure if kovacic was tired or not, but I felt Barkley didn't provide the same midfield control as him. Moses and Morata are both garbage players too, but then again who can we bring on lol.
Motm was David Luiz for me.

Liverpool still has got Napoli and City next week. This bit of fixture is just monstrous.

Please Look at the bright side, if the game had just lasted 7 minutes longer you woulda drawn 4-4. Additionally: - Bayern lost - Mourinho lost - Magdeburg not lost yet - the lions will win latere: + Show Spoiler + There you go. Traveling to Sandhausen tomorrow out of pure stubborness to see something nice happen

I know you like Chelsea but checking out olds men asses is not the way to go bro.

Yep, I was right. Lopetegui can't win important game to save his life.
The second half of the game was hilarious. Real playing with 4 central midfielders and Asensio + Benzema at the top. Probably the game plan was to bore Atleti and score a goal when they fall asleep. Well it worked... on everyone else, except on the opponent. I'm actually not sure if Real wanted to win this game or not.

What's happened to Man U this season? Has Mourinho lost his touch?

Do you guys think he's gone by Christmas? Personally I would like to see him stay and turn this ship around but looks like history is repeating itself. He really needs some luck the next few weeks.

mourinho can't turn shit around. he can muster a great initial boost but once he's lost control of the team, he never gets it back. the confrontational mourinho-types fall hard, and as he lashes out against his surroundings to shield himself, his surroundings end up considering him unpalatable.

Mourinho: "I am looking forward to the game on Tuesday vs Valencia. I hope the majority of the players, at least a few, have this same kind of feelings." Probably not gonna work if that is the way he thinks he is gonna turn it around and win back the locker room.
Also Magdeburg won, congratulations and good luck transforming yesterdays rage hangover into tomorrows happiness hangover.

Easy when you have a 4 hour drive in front of you with a group of fans and you don't have to drive yourself
Something completely different: Worth rewatching HSV-Pauli? Please no spoilers unless it's really not worth rewatching

Sportschau headline about the 3 games on in 2nd half was "Langeweile in Hamburg, Langeweile überall anders" and my personal highlight was the following sequence HSV player A wins corner, player B wants to quickly take corner, kicks corner flag trying to execute that, ball ends up hitting back of the legs of player A who was walking away and had no idea, ball rebounds to player B however he was still in an offside position.

That sounds riveting. Thanks for the heads up. No need to watch it then

Mourinho is gone. Management at the moment is pretty much trying to identify (i) the best timing to let him go and (ii) his (interim) replacement. You can't go head to head with a team of egos like the current United's squad and survive. It's always easier to sack the coach, not like Mourinho was winning left and right without Pogba or Sanchez on the line-up.

saf went head to head with a lot of egos and he won them all
