Hand protection for face has been gone for a few years now, you cannot use them to protect yourself anymore. So 100% penalty
And second penalty was probably the dangerous attack on Casemiro

He didnt, his story is the same as Kepa and Sarri's. Whatever the truth is, the story coming out of all parties has been pretty consistent. That Kepa was right about not needing to go off, but shouldnt have done what he did.

I feel a soft punishment leaves Sarri looking very vulnerable, but it feels like a big part of this is going to happen behind the scenes anyway and there's no telling what kind of talks they've been having there.

They also made him issue an apology to everyone. To Sarri, Willy, Players and Fans which is good on top i just read the statement. Whilst also accepting that what he did was wrong or at least wrote that he accepts what he did is wrong.

I think a lot of it is going to be seen as standard PR control. A lot more probably rides on how Chelsea actually look in the upcoming weeks and who are selected to play and so on.
