I would love for the seeding to be 1-16 instead of east and west. the competition in the east is a joke as usual and whoever gets to play cleveland in the end will already be decimated by the difficult road to the finals.

Kawhi not even being on the bench makes this terribly odd.
We know that the Spurs is a tight and no-drama media shy organization, and there might be substantial conversations happening behind the curtain that the public does not know of, but the Kawhi situation is just weird, like an unwanted sucker punch to life-long Spurs fans who have grown accustomed to sustained consistent silent boring excellence over two decades.
