now we get this. this is a step in the right direction. that pigeon-toed-knees-caving-inward landing is an injury waiting to happen. just try it yourself at home kids.. it hurts. watch how Lebron lands. that's how its done.

i had no clue what ankle dorsiflexion mobility was until i got to university. there are lots of stretching and weight bearing exercises that can improve mobility in this area. a lot of people just sluff it off and say "he is injury prone". when, in reality, if you take a microscope to any person's bio-mechanics you can greatly diminish the probability of injury by improving their mechanics. here is a good starting point. https://mikereinold.com/ankle-mobility-exercises-to-improve-dorsiflexion/

Also this: "Kyrie Irving just admitted to me that he was trolling everyone about that "flat earth" stuff. Hear the interview tomorrow at 8AM on T&R!"

Knees tend to go from strong pivots, hard stops, and impact/twisting during falls (which granted, can happen due to contact in the air or other such). I also wanted to share this interview with Coach Kerr from BBallBreakDown, goes into some of the general concepts of how he likes to run his offense. Some interesting bits about why he thinks it's so important for everyone on the team to handle the ball as well:

He can also handle some of the ball handling play making while IT out. And he knows how to play with LBJ. Cheap signing too. Wow, we are in the golden era of "superteams" at all cost.

Lol wut? Given the talent they assembled, that team should have gone 4-0 in their first 4 finals and probably would still be together if Bosh's lungs didn't die. They lost to less talented teams 2x, beat a team of babies 1x, and barely beat the Spurs that they were way more talented than 1x in a G7 that they barely made it to.
