Andrew Luck and Kawhi Leonard need to start their own tendon rehab centre. watching this stuff play out i take tendonitis a lot more seriously than in the past.

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/22578011/jimmy-butler-minnesota-timberwolves-undergoes-surgery-injured-meniscus no timeline for his return. i think the 4-6 weeks timeline was floating around before the surgery. MRI's are not perfect. Until the surgeon looks in there and sees it with his own eyes no pre-surgical timeline is anything close to guaranteed.

"a March return is expected" is not the same as "there is a hope of a march return". its just hope. the nature of tendonopathy makes it impossible for the Spurs to "expect" a return date for Leonard. they can just increase his activity level and hope the partially healed tendon can handle the load. if the tendon can't handle it they have to shut him down again. its a pretty similar situation to Andrew Luck.

He will take everything he can get, mofo is dirty, that's all. Clumsy or not, Zaza falls on people's knees all the time, and it's hard to give him the benefit of the doubt anymore.
