This guy seems bit of a left field appointment, had a fantastic first season at Nice, but this season not so well. What do Dortmund fans think? | ||

Exactly you really can't expect the new captain of a nation so full of pride like England to say we'll try out best and see where it takes us. Sometimes getting the right mindset is the first step to success, if you start the tournament knowing you won't win, then you never will. Also almost every English boy probably dreams of one day to wear the captain band representing your country in the World Cup, so it's natural to be a bit hyped. Imagine if this were Pande ... | ||

Plays good football as well, however like you said he needs help with transforming that squad a bit. Sokratis to Arsenal seems done already right so need a cb as well, Batman will return to Chelsea as well so you need a striker too? | ||

Getting a good coach and not a random like De Zerbi or Giampaolo is vital to keep people like Koulibaly, Jorginho, and Hamsik, since they seemed to be close to be leaving. Let's see how it goes, surely if there was something were Sarri lacked was his turnover, while Ancelotti is on another level there... | ||
