Maybe? His numbers are good but I think its really going to be hard to beat Holtby I think. Only other thing would be the lowest GAA for team but TB is still behind a few teams with not a lot of games left.

At this point the only awards more or less wrapped up are Ross and probably Hart are Kane, Rocket is most likely Ovi's but again Kane is only a few goals back. Everything else at least has a few people in contention. I'm mostly curious on how the Calder nominations go.

if it's not Holtby should be Hank imo. been rocking best 5v5 sv% for a while, and all his breakdowns show he has basically carried the rangers once again while posting elite stats again

I was thinking today. Whens the last time we had a guy be as absolutely dominating in the scoring race and been the most talked about Hart candidate for almost the entire season like Kane has been this year. Granted a lot of eyes on him early was because of the offseason bullshit, but still whens the last time we had one guy doing what hes done. We had those couple of seasons of Ovi vs Crosby vs Malkin a few years back.

Crosby in '14 probably. Before that there was usually more competition like you said between those big 3 or Stamkos for a couple years. Kane has cooled off big time lately though. Cherry picking his last 12 games he has 6 points, still 9 up on Benn with 5 games left so he should be ok but may not be as clear cut for the Hart as it was mid season. He may not even hit 100

Can anyone give me short summary of how your league actually works?

like how many from which conference (what the hell are divisions???) gets into what kind of playoff and what is wildcard and oh my god this is confusing...

And do bad teams get demoted? and how many?

I'm really a big fan of hockey, watching the DEL regularly, watching World Championships and ofc Olympics but i really can't get behind your league system ^_^

yeah that's some shit. That's only 1 playoff game for a dude who now has two serious incidents where he tried to decapitate someone. I get that he's not a 'repeat offender' as far as the CBA is concerned, but this incident alone was so fuckin stupid it deserved more

Bold part: welcome to any American sports league. It really makes no sense and is unnecessarily confusing.

The organization (conferences/divisions, especially in American football), not the draft. The draft is awesome.
