For the sake of the validity of the league they better try to win against Leicester.

But it doesn't matter because it won't come down to that and it will be over before it, Chelsea players are gonna be motivated enough to beat Tottenham themselves on Monday to beat them out of it that way.

Ask any Arsenal fan as well if the roles were reversed and they were playing vs Leicester last game of the season and if they lost, Spurs did not win the title i know what they would do it too. But it doesn't matter because it won't come down to that and it will be over before it, Chelsea players are gonna be motivated enough to beat Tottenham themselves on Monday to beat them out of it that way. Has this ever happened before in PL where the throwing was blatant? If it does come down to the last game, I'm assuming they'll just rest half of the team and play a bunch of kids? Hard to break any rules unless chelsea players literally kick it into their own goal.

Also the Leicester fans are awesome. Whether they are singing 'Are you watching Tottenham', 'We're gonna win the League' or ironically singing 'We are staying up' they always bring a smile to my face.

Sure they won't play at 100% because they have nothing left to play for but blatantly not trying or just playing a B-team when it's a decisive game for the championship is truly disgraceful. Champions who dont field their A-team once the league is decided and give free points to bottom table teams and thus change the playing field is not disgraceful? If you decide to condemn one way of seeing it, do it also with the other way.

Bayern lost 5 games last season. 3 in the last 4 weeks while beeing champion already. Coincidence? But we already know Bayern are douchebags, nothing new here

Oh come on. It happens all the time. Why is it disgraceful when it happens in the PL and not when the last game of ANY group stage is a joke. Whether that is CL or World Cup... there is almost always a team that is sure to advance in first place, but still has to play a match, or a team that is already hopelessly knocked out playing a final match. In both cases arguments of sportsmanship come up, but everybody expects the team with nothing to play for to just send out their B-team and see how they perform. Usually leagues aren't decided in this manner, but it has happened a couple of times in the Dutch competition, and there's that infamous time that Espanyol "threw" the game vs. RM in the last minute, while putting up a fight against Barça a week later, thereby "deciding" the championship. How much of that is true, is of course up for debate, but acting all indignant that Chelsea would fight harder against Tottenham than against Leicester is simply to ignore reality.

So happy about #Schmelle2021. In so many games and situations he's the one behaving the way a captain should.

I'm happy about it as well. I think Schmelzer is incredibly underrated and I still don't get why he never gets a nod for the national team when we HAVE NO GOOD FULLBACKS AT ALL.

I am a big fan of Schmelzer too but whenever he played for the national team he underperformed big :/
