Not the only one. In speed skating women don't skate the 10km. The longest distance in the all-round tournaments for women is 5km. They have a 3km instead of the 10km (or rather, they have a 3km in place of the 5km and a 5km in place of the 10km) There's obviously marathons as well.

Let me clear up a few clear misconceptions (despite the fact that I may have somewhat defended the mens salaries earlier).
First of all most tennis tournaments only have best 2 of 3 sets for both men and women, the exceptions being the majors for men plus a few other large tournies (Obviously this is a large difference in the majors, but I just wanted to note the difference for those who were unaware considering majors make up a small percentage of tournies).
Secondly, no the Womens national team does not compare to the jokes made about the WNBA. Obviously the Men are better than the women. Our women often scrimmage against small/medium men's colleges and tie or lose, but they are clearly one of the top 3 countries year in and year out compared to the other women teams.
It may be unfair but they are looked at more admirably because the mens soccer are average at best. What I mean is, our mens basketball team is supposed to be the best so of course our womens is as well, but our mens soccer team is a group stage world cup type of team (borderline knockout stage) so the fact that the women are one of the best teams in the world puts makes them adored by the "average fan" who doesn't watch much Soccer. Of which there are a lot in the US during World Cups.
So what I took way too long to say is no, womens soccer is not looked at the same as WNBA, and in most tennis tournies the men and women both play the same sets.

Burnley got a late goal at the Amex Stadium to frustrate the Brighton fans and level the score at 2-2. That deflates Brightons push back into the automatic promotion race but they aren't completely gone from it. We will see what Hull do with their games in hand.
Chelsea unsuprinsgly cruise past the remains of VIlla.
City are 0:3 up at Bournemouth. Bournemouth have definately started their holidays early.
Still 0-0 at the bigest game of football in Europe this weekend.

I didn't notice that one but the game at Carrow Road between Norwich and Newcastle is pretty massive. Sunderland fans hoping Newcastle can get a point?

Watkins got an injury time winner for Exeter against Plymouth too.
Its looking more and more like VIlla, SUnderland and Newcastle to go down. There's plenty more left in that story yet.
