Hoffenheim did a great job today but apart from that we have to hope that neither Weigl nor Gündogan get injured. As long as Sahin is out Weigl is irreplaceable already and Castro just does not work as his partner. I'm not sure maybe it's a lack of self-confidence in passing. Gündogan plays in a triangle all the time moving those few steps to be at the correct spot whereas Castro seems to move forward or backwards but never to either side. Then again maybe it was on Kagawa and Hofmann. Around the 40 minute mark I thought "wait a minute Kagawa plays today doesn't he?". They couldn't find or create any room but as soon as Gündogan took the spot next to Weigl everybody got involved. | ||

I agree with a lot of what you said. 1 point is okay-ish, we are still on solid 2nd place. Could have even won the game in the end if we were better at scoring. Anyways this is, as you said, a season that will be decided by our injuries. 1 or 2 in the offensive can be replaced (most of the times), Hofman is good and Castro can be hit or miss. And then another one in the defense (2 when Subotic is back). But after that it's really problematic. 2 or 3 injuries and you can't rotate anymore, then Tuchel will have to make a decision if he wants to place high in league or go deep in Europe league. | ||

Its impressive how people overlook what Benzema does for RM, not only he score a tons of goals, but he has one of the best movements in the game without the ball, he also can retreat a few meters and act like a playmaker | ||
