I would normally agree with this, but following Roy Nelson, and having seen DC (not recently or in person or anything) I wouldn't expect him to be in top fight shape. I don't think rumbles really ready but he's a talented striker with KO power so he can win any fight he gets in. Add to that if it goes long even though he struggles with weight cuts (he cuts a lot iirc) he should outlast DC easy. TLDR: DC is my pre fight night pick. | ||

I found something : A police report indicates Jones was driving a rented SUV when he allegedly ran a red light and broadsided the car of a pregnant woman in her 20s. Inside the SUV, police found Jon Jones MMA sports memorabilia, paperwork indicating the SUV had been rented by Jones’ wife, and a pipe with marijuana in it. A criminal complaint says one eyewitness saw Jones run from the accident but return to grab a handful of cash from inside the SUV before fleeing again. Another eyewitness, an off-duty police officer and a UFC fan, immediately identified the fleeing driver as Jones. It wasn’t until Monday night that police, who were searching for Jones, issued a statement saying “arrangements” had been made for the high-profile fighter to turn himself in. I think the accident broke her arm and not jones himself. | ||

Why would Jones randomly go out of his way to break a pregnant lady's arm, even if he was supposedly high out of his mind. Causing assault like that, and this would be a WAY bigger deal than what it really is. | ||
