I don't know about your figures JimmyJRaynor. Either that, or people in the Canada don't study .
I never spend less than 4h/day average on university work, be it lessons, group work or home study. That is including weekends, and I am not nearly the most dedicated student out there. That is at least 5x the amount of time I spend training.
BJJ will never be more than an important hobby.
Also, it seems I expressed myself wrong. It is not 220 "mat" hours/year, it is 220 "training" hours per year. On the other hand I do like to group it all together because every other training type I do, such as swimming, running, strength and conditioning, yoga, etc is for the sole purpose of getting better at BJJ. Without it, I wouldn't even be bothering with any exercise aside from an occasional ball game on the street or a day-long hike trip.
EDIT: According to my stats during this year (which is on its way to be the most active so far) 74.5% of my training time is actual mat time in BJJ or Grappling.

a minor in a Canadian university can be 1 half credit course per semester. 2 four month semesters in any year.and four months of sex, drugs and rock-n-roll. a major is a lot more courses
i went to a co-op university so for 2 years i only had 1 four month academic term in the 12 month calendar year... for most students its 2 four month semesters per year though.

if her unborn child is injured.. jones will be fighting for the alcatraz light heavyweight title.
they've been waffling on the exact medical diagnosis...every few hours it keeps getting worse. i suspect this is because they're trynig to get jones into custody.

Well they have prison boxing and rodeos in/near Angola's facility. Inmates typically earn about $0.02 an hour give or take but can make up to $500 if they pull a poker chip from between an angry bulls horns.
At least boxing/fighting is a real sport that teaches important things.
I wonder if its going to come down to a scene like this... the Light Heavyweight Champ will have his own personal "Jon `Bones` Jones On The Run" font type and logo.
