Chicharito needs to come off, feel like they should go to a 4-3-3 at the half and get some more attacking wide play. Wing backs are sitting back too far and Mata isn't involved enough in the attack at all right now. Januzaj was getting forward alright, had some fancy feet there but he still seems physically overmatched. Blackett looks good. Ashley Young was a great spark in pre-season but he's been pretty conservative today.

I think we'll see Nani pretty quickly for Young if things don't improve markedly after the half. Not sure how that's an improvement unfortunately, but what can you do if you're LVG?

Btw the head of feyenoord fans said Clasie was sold to Porto, however his word doesn't carry much weight but many people see it as a done deal. Regarding Clasie newspapers today say it is a done deal 9M (we found oil this year.....we have spent so much money xD). No but we bought expensive players and immediatly sold a significant percentage of their rights to investment funds, thus making us appear to have a ton of money this year. Furthermore, we sold well (Fernando, Mangala, Iturbe, Defour, etc) so things balance out nicely in our favour.

I'm not sure how will the coach manage the 9 players (just of the top of my head) for 3 spots available in the midfield.

How is Bruno Martins Indi doing? Btw I'm hearing you guys signed Clasie from us as well.

He was somewhat nervous but solid all around. The other team didnt pose much of a threat today so not a real test for hum. He made a good long shot and made his physical presence felt.

Regarding Clasie....we already have a lot of people for the midfield (too much!) but that guy has so much class its not going to hurt to bring him in. Sport sites are talking about him coming everyday for the last 2 weeks or so but nothing is set until now.
