Yeah Craze, i was speaking to Twisted about that result and he said it was due to most of their world cup stars not being back and playing as it was two weeks ago i think that game.

They keep the same suspension (4 months at club level and 9 uruguay matches) but they let him training and being presented in Barcelona. It should have been this way since the begin. That "You can go as spectator with your family or training in a football stadium" was a fascism suspension. | ||

Arsenal are maturing, bought motherfucking Sanchez, and had an awful injury record last season, I think they could seriously challenge. Are people buying the Liverpool "we'll be fine without Suarez" rhetoric? Just because sturridge had a couple of good games without him doesn't mean they are going to get anywhere near top 2. People are really underestimating the impact of Suarez it seems. For a start someones got to score 31 goals, and then sturridge will not have the partnership link-up with Suarez and the defenders will be focusing on him instead of Hannibal lector, so his productivity will probably go down if anything. Plus if sturridge is playing Suarez's role someone has to play sturridge's role, and looking at liverpools signing that players not going to get anywhere near 21 goals either. As far as i can see they will just be a slightly better version of rodger's Swansea, couple of good promising players but seriously lacking in quality. Who other than sturridge gets into the UTD, city, arsenal or chealsea 1st team? some might but even sturridge would struggle at utd and city. That says a lot. | ||

Liverpool has good fixtures imo. City and Spurs - nothing - newc and chelsea - nothing - manutd and arsenal - nothing. They will have hard weeks but alot of it will come down to their attitude. Can they field a lineup between CL games that takes the league serious? If so they have a shot at top3/4. Suarez scored alot of goals but half of them didn't achieve anything but a higher victory. Your league position mostly does not care if you win 4:0 or 1:0. I wouldn't be surprised if they came in 6th or worst but top 3 isn't out of reach imo. It's going to be a lot harder especially because LVG won't be a pushover and Arsenal added so much talent to their roster (and Ramsey is fit again). Best of the rest this year? My guess is that the Spurs will break into top5. edit: omg i just noticed that the forum is showing everybody's country again. | ||
