Still Barcelona was ultimately the deserved winner. To the last minute they were still playing to score another goal, to dominate and to win. This attitude separates them from a typical Mourinho side for example. That's what I love about the truly legendary teams.

He still rolls around too much though after innocuous fouls, which is a shame. I think Barcelona was the better team but Madrid had a real period if strength which was unexpected to me. The game seemed like a exact copy of last years clasico at the Camp Nou where Alexis scored barcas second with a chip. A close game, but barca might have deserved it in the end.

Messi had a pretty bad game, this was the game to show that Neymar could put the team in his shoulders but he didnt

Messi had a pretty bad game, this was the game to show that Neymar could put the team in his shoulders but he didnt Neymar didn't finish but beside that he created a lot of opportunities. Messi was poor compared to his Man City form but really turned on the gas late with a lot of great attacking play. Nonetheless Barcelona still won. I think Madrid will boil this season and will send out another batch of rejects to fuel other teams ala Robben and Sneijder. It could be a feast for the prem.

He was quiet in the 1st half because they kept playing from the left side and still he gave the assist to mathieu. In the 2nd half he was awesome.
