Rejuvenated him. I don't think he'd be playing as well if he were still at Chelsea though, I don't know. I reckon he could still do a job for you against smaller teams and for some rotation. Never lost that footballing mind, positioning himself to get loads of goals.
probably, won't disagree. I think he's in the "something to prove" mindset as well, so that might have given him a little bit of a boost mentally. Go Super Frank!

First chance after only an hour. Hooray BVB : D

He'll have way more chances to play first team football faster. I too think Ajax or the Bundesliga are the most likely. He's already trained a bit with Bayern, Dortmund, and Stuttgart. Ajax would be cool though since they have a long history of successful Scandinavian players :3 I read that he'll train with Ajax somewhere in Januari, so some time after we'll probably know, I guess, provided he hasn't made a decision before that time. Ajax has some very strong players around age 17-18 coming up; with odegaard that may lead to some strong teams in a few years. It's ok to dream, isnt it? (;

Hertha will have parked the bus for the entire 2nd half against BVB and BVB still won't score.
I just don't understand how this team became so fucking incompetent.

I normally defend almost everybody on our team but I guess we're working a bit like ManUtd. A few brilliant players carried the team but the moment something/someone important is missing you notice that the players you have aren't world class.
Bender, Großkreutz, Subotic (just to name a few whose name's I read alot today). Valencia, Fletcher whoever (just guessing).
+ I don't like Dortmund's system. We played like Reus+10 or Lewandowski+10 for a whole year. They aren't there and the team doesn't know what to know. Guys like Ciro and PEA who I think work alot have their qualities but the rest of the team mistakes them for another player with other needs.
And playing against 15th place Hertha a team which I expect to park the bus against us (because it works) I don't know what you hope to achieve with Kehl + Bender. There are days in which they totally work but when you have 10 opponent's in the box they can't make the passes and shots needed.

Messi just hit the post for the 10th time in this season already, this is some ghana witch doctor curse stuff. xD

I fucking hate this team so much.
Fire Klopp. Sell every fucking player. Demote us to 3. Liga.
I don't care. This is fucking infuriating.

This team just isn't good. The players simply don't have the quality to make up for losing Lewandowski and Götze. BVB's transfer policy has been an abject failure over the last 2 years.

This club is a fucking train wreck. People talk about Liverpool failing but for fuck's sake BVB makes them look good.
I mean seriously this makes you question how much of the past couple years was Klopp and how much of it was just BVB's luck in grooming a once-in-a-generation batch of players like Lewandowski, Götze, and Reus. It seems pretty clear that not only did they completely carry this team for several years, but that we don't exactly have stellar management if they can fail so completely in their transfer policy with the kind of money they've made recently.

I was worried for a second that after Mickys injury there might be noone left that could shoot all balls over the goal instead of in the goal. Looks like i was wrong. Fucking embarrasing performance. Back to 3rd last place, possibly second last tomorrow. Brilliant progress.
If your team struggles, all you gotta do is play vs Dortmund. Worked for Stuttgart, HSV, Berlin and Schalke. Can probably add Bremen to that list aswell. They dont win shit but they got us in the last game of this half-season. Its always nice to end with a win.

DIEGOOOO WOOOOOOOOOAHHH :D 2-0 Hazard to Diego yummy
Yeah it so pointless what are you doing. Cost him team of any chance of getting back into the match, now at 2-0 they are dead and buried with 10men

My god that is disgusting.
Oh did you guys read the rumour that Dortmund wants to buy El Shaarawy? Milan might have problems but I doubt he wants to commit suicide. But atleast we had an offense that speaks the same language again. I still have the feeling that it's part of our problem that nobody can talk to another person even though they are professionals and should feel the game.

I thought they were swapping him with Immobile (though nothing official from BVB yet, only newspaper rumors)

Saints collapsing now? Losing 1-0 to Burnley.

I thought they were swapping him with Immobile (though nothing official from BVB yet, only newspaper rumors) Not sure. I read that it was a mistake in the translation. Someone mentioned that Milan was interested in Jojic and maybe the swap mentioned was about Jojic + money for El Shaarawy. I wonder what we would look like today if we weren't too afraid of a big wage bill and bought Dzeko. I'm still eagerly waiting for an amateur to start in our first team. They might be worse skillwise but should be a 1000000x more motivated than most of our regulars.
I fucking love that Burnley's goalie is Heaton.

If BVB's going to do anything to save this pathetic excuse for a season, they need to get a good LW, a decent CAM to back up Reus, a reliable striker, another good CB, and another reliable DM. They also need to bench/sell Mkhi and rotate Kuba and Aubameyang on the right. Use Jojic, Mkhi, and Immobile as bargaining chips.
Fuck, this team has holes everywhere. I'm just pissed right now.
I also think we're starting to get to the point where "Is Klopp as good as we hyped him to be" becomes a serious question.

I kind of thought Southampton would struggle to get their confidence again after the string of defeats to the top few teams. That’s why I took Pelle out of my Fantasy team. But with Aguero's injury i couldn't think of anyone more likely to score to replace him so he's gone straight back in.
Southampton will go on a run again once they have their confidence back. They might struggle for the next couple of games or so until then though. If Burnley wins then they are starting to show a bit of fighting spirit which didn’t look like it was there in the early season at all.
