Glass has actually played pretty solid hockey for the last month or so. He hasn't been fantastic, sure, but he's been plenty effective.

Leafs Lunch talking about Byfuglien "He [Perry] dove like he'd been shot"
As if we needed more reasons to think Toronto's sports media is totally incompetent and more biased than Jim Ross during a Stone Cold Steve Austin match. That guy on the phone is a moron haha

Just make the playoffs for the NHL the same as the CFL: Every team gets in except Toronto, Ottawa and Winnipeg ;-).

This powerplay from Tampa has been brutal

I guess last year wasn't so flukey for TB after all.

Mrazak is emerging nicely.
level of suck displayed by the Canucks against a team they should match up nicely against is kind of surprising.

what a joke i dunno how to fix the canucks

what's funny about wpg is they've only trailed for 11 minutes of that series

I don't know why you bring up the CFL considering it is the definition of bush league and in this case when you have as many teams playing ofc those teams will make playoffs from time to time. How about we talk about how much Toronto's professional sports teams suck in general? I mean even the Raptors are usually irrelevant. We do have the Toronto Rock though. Q_Q

I'm trying to imagine a world in which the leafs are champions and it is scary. I don't want that.
also the more I watch the Flames the more I love them.
|
The Flames are a hard team to dislike this year. The Canucks have leap-frogged them as far as who I cheer against and continue to widen the gap. Canucklefucks.
|
The Canucks have always been so easy to hate for years. I hated those bastards in the 90s (outside of Bure, who was the goddamn man) When Lu was freed, suddenly the stink went away. It's not quite cancer bad, but it's close.
e: welp

And Anaheim fell behind during the game tonight too.
Etem scored a beautiful goal. You'll see that a few times :D

With a defensive corps like the Jets were supposedly loaded with this was a pretty embarrassing inability to hold onto leads.
