french canadians are also good for keeping eric lindros out of the HHOF.
Japan got fucked out of a goal against Russia in the women's game today... if germany and russia are "trading favours" they need to make it a little less obvious.
the whining is beginning. http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2014/02/10/sochi-olympics-halfpipe-sucks_n_4759622.html

domracheva's race was absolute madness!!
the women's biathlon pursuit in general was pretty crazy - top 4 was number 9, 10, 15 and 29 in the sprint.
Also, awesome day for Norway, and I'm honestly fairly happy about Northug failing (especially as Hattestad won )

To be fair Fourcade and Domracheva both winning - is exactly what should have happened. Both are ridiculously talented and way too strong. Cannot be less happy.
EDIT: knowing that individual race can be unpredictable; i'm looking forward for Fourcade/Svendsen and Domracheva/Berger duels in mass-start. That would be freaking awesome!

sad to see Japan knocked out of the women's hockey.
it was a great games against Russia and Sweden though.
Russia's goaltending is baaaad.

Fourcade hasn't lost an Individual Race in almost 2 years. Bar something retarded like a fall, I don't see anyone except Svendsen taking him there.

1 miss will do the trick. Just look for individual race results at previous Olympics or World Chamionships - there are ALWAYS surprises. I don't say he won't win, i say the probability of this is FAR less than a mass start domination.

Olympic record :p. The world record is actually almost a second faster, but it's a different game at altitude.

Gosh all the USA guys wiping out at the half-pipe so disappointing

wow, that's gonna be interesting in run 2.
Podlatchikov and Shaun White can definitely do better and the Japanese kid had to be expected to do rather well. :-P

YEAAHHHHHHHHHHH
FUCK YOU SHAUN WHITE !
Congrats I-Pod !
PS : I'm sad for Peetu Piiroinen who couldn't participate because of an injury.

Fucking hell that was amazing.

Wow, no medal for Shaun White.... well, I liked his 2nd run, seemed extremely hard. But wasn't close to perfect execution. Sad for him, but really happy for the Swiss dude!
Also why do ppl hate Shaun White? Lots of ppl are really happy he "failed".

Well deserved gold medal Great second run and Shaun White struggled quite hard
And yes, Shaun White's rating was rather low. I would have seen him in the top 3 tbh. But I-Pod was better today and Ayumu Hirano were better, imo.

Also why do ppl hate Shaun White? Lots of ppl are really happy he "failed". He is the anti-thesis of the snowboard spirit. He is a competitor (and a money-grubbing maniac) in a sports where, fun, friendship and making videos for free is the norm. Besides that, he became more famous than Shaun Palmer in the US and I personally feel that it's totally not acceptable.

Saw that the Brits scored seven points in a game against Yankydoodle. Spectacular.

So he's hated for being rich, famous and wanting to win. Gotcha.
