I did randomly and results:
Manchester United vs AC Milan Real Madrid vs Leverkusen Bayern Munih vs Olympiacos PSG vs Arsenal Chelsea vs Zenit Atletico Madrid vs Manchester City Barcelona vs Galatasaray
You forgot Schalke and Dortmund
I'm kinda sad that Freiburg couldn't make it out of the group stage, but it's probably better this way given their domestic form
oh rofl, okay then
Manchester United vs AC Milan Real Madrid vs Leverkusen Bayern Munih vs Olympiacos PSG vs Arsenal Chelsea vs Zenit Atletico Madrid vs Schalke 04 BVB vs City Barcelona vs Galatasaray

Yeah, seems weird the CL teams aren't all the in top group. Now we can get: SSC Napoli - FC Porto PFC Ludogorets Razgrad - FC Slovan Liberec in the same round.

The draw for the round of 32 involves the top two teams from each of the 12 groups along with the eight sides transferring from the UEFA Champions League after finishing third in their pools.
The UEFA Europa League group winners are all seeded, along with the four UEFA Champions League qualifiers with the best records in their section. The other four sides joining from the elite competition and the UEFA Europa League group runners-up are in the unseeded pot and are drawn first, meaning they are drawn to play the first-leg matches at home. They cannot be paired with either the winners from their section or clubs from the same association.
The draw for the round of 16 follows and there are no seeded sides. The 16 balls containing slips of paper representing 'Winners of match 1' to 'Winners of match 16' are placed in one bowl and shuffled. The first team drawn are to play their first match at home against the second team drawn; the same procedure is then repeated for the other matches. There are no restrictions on the round of 16 draw.

don't be too harsh with pande. he probably knows that both chelsea and the england nationalteam won't win anything in a little while ;-) before may this year i also was like "back then in 2001 against valencia....."
See i know Atletico are good and in great form, but even i would fancy Arsenal for example to beat them over two legs.
As much as i would like a nice draw, i don't think it matters with Chelsea at the moment, against shit teams we are shit, against good teams we play well. I think i will be happy with whoever we get.
Oh darn pro league on same time as Champs draw lol xD will have to have two streams open, wouldn't be a problem but im at work xD

Yeah despite Atleti being ahead of Real in the Liga, I think that Real is the most dangerous opponent Arsenal could face.
In order of danger from least to greatest imo:
Atleti Barca Bayern PSG Real
Bayern is the best team overall but I think the way they play suits Arsenal better than PSG/Real. Sagna and Gibbs/Monreal will get overrun by Ronaldo/Bale and I dont want to have to see Ibra vs our centrebacks :S
