I have seen City in full force plenty of times, and yes I did see the FA cup tie. The problem is you are giving Liverpool 0 credit for putting them out of their comfort zone.

it was a clear penalty and one of the worst tackles I've ever seen. If anything it not clipping Dzeko was because the tackle was so bad it couldn't hit anything.

Well see thats the situation I have a problem with and I had the argument about some time ago when I called out people for not knowing how much it sucks to get clipped from behind even if its minor. If Dzeko doesnt leap over him and takes a hit, its a pen, Wouldnt you agree ? Whether he can reach it or not is irrelevant at that point.
I wouldnt mind a pen being called in that situation. That was an absolutely horrendous tackle and its only saving grace is that it was sooo bad it missed everything.

Alright I can agree with that. The way Dzeko went down though  . I just have this feeling if it was Suarez/Neymar/Robben/Dani Alves or Di Maria, everyone and their mother would be screaming dive.
Haha I'm lolling right now about that tackle being SO bad. If anything, Liverpool needs to shore up their defence in the next transfer window

The way he went down was theatrical, but unfortunately refs don't do anything if you don't go down. I've seen suarez in a similar situation where he clearly gets fouled, but the ref just doesn't do anything because he didn't go down. It sucks but this is the reason why playing football myself I just don't always stay on my feet anymore, because it's not worth it.
