We gave them Morrison for Becchio, another brilliant decision by Hughton. Howson is ok but the other 3 shouldn't be in the prem. Snodgrass shouldn't have a contract he is awful.

Yeah I don't think clubs are necessarily lining up for Koeman even though he did great the last couple of years. His accomplishments are just overshadowed by a debut trainer winning 4 league titles in a row (with fourth not confirmed, but 95% likely to happen).

Roberto Martinez imo will only leave for Arsenal, if he left for Spurs it could backfire badly.
He has been able to do what he wants with a team that already knows how to defend. He would have to do alot to get Spurs going where all he had to at Everton was put his tactics onto the decent squad which he made better with a couple of signings, mainly Gareth Barry. He would have a better transfer budget at Spurs no doubt but i would think in the short team it is alot easier at everton now he has a chance of top 4 if not Europa league.
I however (well kind of as i don't want Arsenal to succeed) would like to see him at Arsenal, he is the manager they need. A fresher, more modern Wenger. Wenger is just to out dated for his style of management now.

Djuricic is being a disappointment so far. But to be fair he doesn't have that many opportunities to shine in Benfica.

Yeah, he wasn't great when I saw him against Spurs. I expected more from him, perhaps the move to Benfica came too quickly as a club like Benfica has higher expectations than Heerenveen.

The step from Heerenveen to Benfica is just too big. He should've opted for one of the big Eredivisie clubs first, and develop further.

The bigger problem is that his characteristics don't suit the tactical scheme that Benfica use. This season Benfica is playing in a 4 4 2 high pressure system. And there's no place for a player like Djuricic in this Tactical System. He can't play as one of the 2 Men in the front, because he lacks the stamina and the physical power to be the first line of defense (currently we're playing with Lima and Rodrigo), and he can't be one of the 2 wingers because he isn't good enough compared to what we have (Gaitan,Markovic, Salvio and even Sulejmani).

I had really high expectations for Djuricic, but I don't foresee a brilliant future for him in Benfica. Even if we change our tactical system, we have a 19year old player in Benfica B that is, IMHO, 10x better than Djuricic - Bernardo Silva, that play more or less the same role.

Well that's my point. If he had stayed in the Netherlands and joined Ajax for example, he would probably get a lot more playtime and he would be playing pretty much the same opposition. Eredivisie and Portuguese competition don't differ much in skill I think apart from Benfica/Porto and he would be guaranteed to play in European matches as well. Then he could get better, get more experience, and then make a step up to a club like Benfica.
