Give the man a season to work with. So what if they get 6th place. It's a long term plan that you should follow where every team in your club plays the same system. The reason English clubs are always so terrible tactically is because of the constant manager changes and changing systems etc. There are no automatisms at all. Except at Arsenal. Should Man U just fire Moyes as well? Actually he should get the boot before AVB because he is actually trying to change everything that has worked for years (i.e. giving Meulensteen the boot). | ||

Again unfortunately AVB just went for the all the standard football manager / FIFA picks, but I don't rate that team, far too many players playing for too few positions, weakness in other positions and just general lack of leadership and character. Don't rate AVB as a manager at all personally. I agree with Gary Linekar...get Hoddle back in! Who cares about what he said about karma and disabled people lol. Just can't believe how easily Liverpool were scoring at the end, even with a man advantage. No defensive organisation whatsoever, and a completely muddled and disjointed attack. | ||

My selfish wish for the next manager is Frank de Boer, but in truth I hope he stays at Ajax. They deserve a great manager like him.
