Some fan threw a smoke bomb onto the pitch D: On the replay, it looks like they threw it at one of the assistant referees. Cunt. Christian Benteke is making his first appearance since his injury. And Roberto Soldado scored. From open play. Imagine that. 2-0 Spurs Hong Jeong-Ho starting for Augsburg :o And Augsburg got denied a penalty after a clear handball by Wolfsburg. ONE-NIL to Augsburg! Tobias Werner slots it home after two nice saves by Diego Benaglio. Maximilian Arnold equalizes with a shot from about 25 yards as no one closes him down. 1-1 Luiz Gustavo heads home a free kick for his first Wolfsburg goal, 1-2 -_-

They also escorted a tottenham fan out of the ground and arrested him, they wont say what for. Putting 2 and 2 together you would say that it was him. There is TONS of cameras in the Villa stadium, i been there for the community shield the other season, they have a huge building where they look at it live during the game. The guy should get sent down if they find out he was aiming for him, but again i don't think he was.

He probably just threw it onto the pitch and it was as much of an accident it hit the linesman as anything else. I quite like the atmosphere flares bring to football games and will be a bit disappointed if they end up over reacting and banning them (that’s if they are not banned already and this one just got smuggled in).He wasn't aiming for him im sure. He just wanted to throw it on the pitch. If he was aiming for him jesus christ he should be playing cricket. It would be a nightmare if Stark gets to be a referee at the World Cup instead of Brych over this incident, I am tired of Stark giving German referees a bad name.

Theo Walcott has suffered an injury setback in training and is expected to spend another two weeks on the sidelines. Two fans who were arrested after a flare was thrown at Villa Park on Sunday have been released on police bail.

Sweden - Portugal Ukraine - France Greece - Romania Iceland - Croatia Of course we get fucking Portugal. Still think we've got a chance, but it's the worst draw possible for us. D:
