France, Sweden, Iceland, Romania lower seeds France sent a complain to the FIFA, saying that as a team in a group of 5 they've played 2 less official games than the other teams, so their ranking has been affected by this. Ukraine is just one point ahead of France, so if FIFA decides in favour of France, France would be in the top seeds and Ukraine would go to the lower seeds. I doubt they will decide in France favour but you never know x) | ||

They should have the tiebreaker off the 2nd one right? the tied teams will be ranked by: goal difference in all group matches greater number of goals scored in all group matches greater number of points obtained in matches between the tied teams goal difference in matches between the tied teams greater number of goals scored in matches between the tied teams greater number of away goals scored in matches between the tied teams if only two teams are tied same GD but more goals scored? | ||
