yeah you are right there are far too many injuries for Arsenal for it to be luck. It's almost FM levels of injuries.

Torres is by far the best counterattacking striker for Chelsea. Eto'o works better in powerplay situations I feel.

Eto'o makes those runs Chelsea need there striker to do though. We need a striker to play on the shoulder of the last defender for 90minutes so when Hazard/Oscar/Mata/Willian/Schurrle/Lampard/DeBruyne get the ball they have someone to slide the ball into for a run. Eto'o showed signs of doing that and had a few chances from it/created chances because it. However we failed to take them >.< If Torres did these runs he would be playing week in week out, the problem is he doesn't do these anymore, he relies on dropping deep to get the ball in the pocket of space between Midfield and Defensive line. Then tries to take people on / pass it out wide, which is not his job. Doing what he does he just causes no one to be in the box when the ball is out wide >.<

So strange that a player like Torres could fall so far though, he was such a high class player. His had so many coaches aswell, so it seems the problem lies with him and him alone.

haha no thanks, a bit of socialism isn't bad but communism would basically mean I would have to cut my current salary in half lol.
edit: Still crazy that CRonaldo actually earns more than my annual salary in a single day.

Don't forget that he was injured for a super long time before going to Chelsea. He never fully recovered his form after that.

He wasn´t the same positive unstoppable Torres dueing his moaning period under the Hodgson-tenure, but he sure was banging them in still. Insane player even at his whiney worst in Liverpool. This mans fall is such a riddle to me.

CAF final qualifying round draw (winners of each tie advance to Brazil):
Côte d’Ivoire vs. Senegal Nigeria vs. Ethiopia Tunisia vs. Cameroon Ghana vs. Egypt Algeria vs. Burkina Faso
|
Please Egypt, kill off our evil nemesis and get the great storyline of Bob Bradley to the World Cup! For the good of 'Merica!
|
I hope Ghana move on, would love to see them duke it out with Uruguay again!
|
Will Egypt finally qualify? THey won the Africa cup what seems like a million times but I can't recal them ever qualifying for a wc.

Sakho making his debut tonight versus Swansea after Agger got ruled out with a knock. Exciting, though kinda frightening as I don´t quite trust Skrtel. Would have liked to see Mama eased in next to a calm partner like Agger or Toure, but hey, he is here to play and Im hopeful he will do a good job at that!
|
Not sure what I want more, a Mignolet clean sheet for fantasy or Arsenal to stay top of the league.
EDIT: now that I said that, I probably won't get either one.
