Nah, Wenger still knows what he is doing. This incredible piece of business plus the consistent 4th places despite not being able to spend much on account of that expensive stadium...you got to give it to him he is legit. The young players Arsenal have look to be in the ascendancy, it could be a great season for Arse. Ozil + Cazorla + Walcott is a fantastic midfield trio.

where do ramsey and wilshere fit into that though

i cant wait for chelsea v arsenal, it should in theory be 2 very exciting midfields playing against each other

but the reality will be the midfield is so flooded that its route 1 for 90 minutes

If he doesn't succeed at Madrid, it will be because he pulled a Michael Owen and didn't adapt culturally. You don't need to "dribble like a Spaniard" to score goals in La Liga, especially when the defense has to worry about Ronaldo and Isco at the same time.

After leo's latest hattrick, he's now 14 goals away from being the all time liga top scorer.
But he just turned 26, how's that even possible, blows my mind.

Can't imagine if he played even weaker opponents, like in the PL.

On the Ozil subject..

I love Ozil,, he lost his way a bit at Madrid and he was going to struggle for games since I dont think Ancelotti is going to lose the double pivot so just as well.

I really like him at Arsenal though.. He fits in the system well and he gives them a good killer pass and hes no mug when he has to take a player on which is a very under rated quality of his.

Only misgiving is he doesnt manage himself physically in games and he isnt the fittest around so around 60 mins you tend to see a bit of a dip from him. Hes gotten better but its still a bit of a problem sometimes.

Also United just might have won themselves another league title with Fellaini. might... they still had a few things to sure up..

Depends on the definition of biggest. We all knew long before the transfer season started that Bale will want to move and we knew that Real Madrid were first in line. No surprise factor there. Money wise, I think it's a tad too much but eh. Ozil to Arsenal was not something I was expecting but I'm not complaining. Biggest signing this offseason for me.
