It's definitely partly to do with his one-footedness. If it all goes right he'll do spectacular stuff with his left foot (like a free kick where it's set up perfectly), but other stuff that looks easy he has to right foot or hit awkwardly with the left causing bad misses.

Don't worry bro, he is gone in the summer
Some crazy results last night, none more so than Napoli 0-3 Viktora Pltzen Atletico Madrid 0-2 Rubin Kazan
I mean, Madrid were joint favorites to win the whole competition with Chelsea and it looks like they will go out in Round of 32 unless they somehow get a miracle in Russia next week. Napoli...NAPOLI...have arguably the best striker outside of Spain in Europe in Edison Cavani...lost 3-0 at home?! What. That is madness, they are a good side, still have Hamsik Cavani Inler Campango + Show Spoiler [Full Squad Here] +De Sanctis, Rosati, Britos, Campagnaro, Gamberini, Rolando, Donadel, Dzemaili, El Kaddouri, Hamsik, Inler, Maggio, Mesto, Zuniga, Calaiò, Cavani, Insigne, Pandev absolute madness XD
German teams seemed to have a rough night as well. Leverkusen losing 1-0 at home to Benfica, arguably two top teams going head to head, but still a tough loss at home. Stuttgart drawing 1-1 at home vs Genk, is also a bad result, giving away an away goal, but nothing that can't be over turned i guess. Mönchengladbach drawing 3-3 at home to Lazio is a pretty poor result too, 3 away goals is bad to concede, but i guess they will go to Italy feeling they can score. Then Anzhi vs Hannover, i guess it was good for Hannover to bag a goal, but losing 3-1 is a big ask to overturn.

And even both equalizers in Stuttgart and Mönchengladbach were scored in injury time. I was furious yesterday, how much can you throw away your games, seriously.. especially Stuttgart, Genk had not a single opportunity to score a goal in the second half before 90+x. In Mönchengladbach it was a pretty spectacular game anyway, still, you must not concede a THIRD away goal in injury time. Same shit as Bayern in the CL finals last year, somehow our german international teams forgot how to get a dirty one-goal-advantage done.

Well, I'm not that surprised about Kazan trumping Atletico. It's probably one of the most underrated teams in Europe. Didn't they have Inter beaten at home earlier this season, until Nagatomo scored in stoppage time?

The UEFA Cup is really terrible every year. Its so many East-European Teams that no one cares about. Does someone really watches UEFA Cup Games? Better use that time for more StarCraft!

The Europa League is a Cup for clubs than aren't good enough for the CL, it's just not attractive at all... It's like watching the 2nd league of a country or Women football, it can be fun 5 minutes or if you're cheering for your local team but that's it :s

that's a bit harsh i think, it's not as bad as you try to make it in my opinion. there are still teams with decent amount of quality and the cup becomes more interesting the more it proceeds.

Yeah but it's still a trophy for team that couldn't qualify for CL. It's even worse when the CL 'losers' are put back in Europa League... Hello second chance you were too bad, now you can compete against other average teams!

Just look at the players involved in the cup is all you have to do.... Zenit's team has Russia's best player in the Shirokov, Semak also good Russian. Then Hulk. Great team, and a manager who was the most sort after in Europe at one point in Luciano Spalletti. Napoli have Cavani Hamsik Campangho etc, i mean their no mugs. Chelsea, their best players are playing in it. Atletico Madrid and Falcao are playing The German teams in it are no mugs either The Russian teams have the money and are putting out good results too with Kazan and Anzhi English teams with Newcastle Tottenham and Liverpool have the pedigree to attract their fans aswell.
All be it, it won't get "very" interesting until the semi finals, it still is good to watch from the Semi's onwards. I do agree it isn't amazing before that.

I don't disagree on the fact that there are superb teams and probably some entertaining games. It's just not the top tier of football, it's the 2nd league of Europe, and if you win it you won a trophy but not the prize of being considered the best team of Europe that year. It's a matter of opinion anyway, some people really love to see more competitions, I just prefer to see fewer competition but with more meaning to them. Some countries like France have 2 National Cups, and there is always one Cup that has more importance than the other, because of its history or because of its format. It's the same with Europa League to me :s
I follow Barcelona and PSG, and I support French teams in European competitions, but when I'm in the position of a neutral spectator, I prefer to watch few games with a lot of entertainment (like EPL, Calcio, la Liga, Bundesliga derbies or big games) than watching a game every day just for the sake of it. With Europa League, except for some exceptional matchups like Bilbao vs MU of last year, I don't bother to watch.

I do agree that the Europa League compared to the CL is kinda shitty but lots of Dutch teams play them every year. This year they kind of failed but sometimes we get up to the quarter final and with some luck we could even win a competition like that which is very nice/fun for me. I suppose that would be the same for people supporting other teams from the sub-top of Europe.
The big win for a competition like that though is that for young players (which the Dutch competition has a lot of before they get bought by teams of bigger competitions) get a lot of experience playing against good teams. More money should be given to the league though imo, the difference between EL and CL is too big and rich clubs care more about their domestic league most of the time than the EL. If a little bit more money would be pumped into the EL there would be more attractive matches.
Anyway, the final is in Amsterdam this year so hopes are up for Ajax to get there :p. Gogo Bayern and Barça! Don't really care about the other matches.

I, supporting Arsenal, have a bittersweet feeling in my tummy towards the Arsenal - Bayern München game. This is probably the fourth time I'm saying this this season, but the players and Wenger have so much to prove to the fans and themselves this game after losing to Blackburn in the FA Cup. I think that Arsenal will view this as the most important game of the season. If the whole team and not just Wilshere answer the clarion call, we might have a chance : ) Bayern for sure the favorites, though.
Anyway, it should be a great game from a spectator view. Neither Arsenal nor Bayern are scrubs and it is the Champions League.
Any predictions for results? I don't want to jinx it : P

2-1 Arsenal. Same shit that happened with Barca two years ago. Even if there is a big difference between Bayern and Arsenal, English teams are incredibly dificult to play in their stadium. Same goes for Milan vs Barcelona, it's the Champions League! Neither Barca nor Bayern will be qualified after these two nights!

3-0 Bayern! Dont ask, I just know it.

i so can't wait for this game to happen.
3-1 bayern

That's exactly what I was thinking but I hope Arsenal can keep it close or upset Bayern.

I honestly don´t see Arsenal making it difficult for Bayern, but stranger things have happened. So go Arsenal! :D

5-5 because I want both to get destroyed :D anyway I'm watching Porto-Malaga, like those teams.
