Because it would be satisfying to show Bayern that no matter how much you spend and how much better your roster is on paper, BVB will always haunt your dreams. :D nope. on the 25th of may at wembley, all the bvb fanboys will finally realize that the past two and a half seasons have been a beautiful dream that is now fading away. they will realize the painful truth that bayern will - in the long run - always be the superior team and superior club. in case someone didnt notice yet: I'm a bayern fan (from munich). It'll be that much more satisfying when you lose trophies to teams with less than half of your player payroll. I'd much rather do something special every couple years and win as the underdog than be the constant favorite and be a disappointment any time I lose. this sounds like bayern fans are not as passionate because the management of bayern did a freaking awesome job over the past decades? maybe i missread your point, but this sounds kinda... meh. Of course there are passionate Bayern fans, but 80% of the Bayern "fans" are just glory hunters. Same goes for clubs like Barca or ManU.

In the final we will be the underdog again, but everything will be possible. I hope that it isn't something serious with Götze, but Benders ankle looked pretty much fucked. But at defensive midfield we should be in less trouble than in offensive midfield. He stopped the ball with a hand just outside 16.

What we do know, is that it will be a great game whoever gets there. Barcelona Bayern and Dortmund play some nice swift counter attacking football and pass the ball superbly, which makes the viewing so much easier for all.

I'm not a Dortmund fan. I like their team and I like Klopp and I hope they'll win the CL. Even more so I will be cheering against Bayern. I'm a fan of 1860 Munich for over 20 years now. I used to go to the games with my dad when I was young and I still try to go to the games whenever I have the time to do so. We are in the 2. German league at the moment, with a medicore team and a ridiculous bad managment and still I love this club. I'll guess everyone has a different stance on what beeing a fan is all about, so let's just leave it at that.

Messi is expected to start, but Barcelona will have to make do without Jordi Alba, who is suspended, so Adriano is likely to come in at left-back after serving a ban of his own. Javier Mascherano and Carles Puyol are both injured, so Marc Bartra appears to be the likely option to start alongside Gerard Pique at centre-half. Barca will also be without midfielder Sergio Busquets (groin) and defender Eric Abidal (calf) after they failed late fitness tests with Alex Song a possible deputy for Busquets. ![]() Bayern Munchen Team News! Bayern will have striker Mario Mandzukic back from from a one-match suspension and he could replace Mario Gomez up front. Heynckes does not plan to rest any players, even though Javi Martinez, Gomez, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Luiz Gustavo, Dante and Philipp Lahm are one yellow card away from missing the final. Dante's fitness will be checked, with the defender suffering from a cold, while Holger Badstuber and Toni Kroos are long-term absentees. Referee: Damir Skomina (SLO)
