So i think he will go to City or Chelsea, unless United can afford him or if Fergie goes and Mourinho brings him to United with him. Also there may be jabs to him from brazilians+spanish, cause portugal sucks. Not quite. There has always been a rift in the Madrid squad since Mourinho took over. Rumours have been around from the start that there is a divide between the Spanish and Portuguese players within the squad. If anything its more likely to do with this then Messi. And to be honest its most probably got NOTHING to do with Messi. He said in a interview: "I didn't celebrate the goals because I'm a little sad. "The people inside the club know why it is. I'm not going to say anything more." It seems to be either personal or team related. Unless he's just not happy about not getting the award. Which is another story altogether (Fifa being corrupt and stupid). Another guess is its to do with Mourinho. Similar to Beckham and Fergie. Mourinho has told Ronaldo to stop focusing on the glamour and focus more on his football. Which is a hard thing to be told when you got such a good record.

I think he fell out with some people big time, who it is i don't know. I doubt its Mourinho, so im saying one of the fat cats in Real's power house. And I'm translating from the biggest greek sports hub, which translated from a spanish radio(lol) "Cr7 feels lonely in RM squad".

Dude watch Zenit in champs league this year, they have a sick squad and have won back to back Russian Prem titles, they are a good team. They do have a very good squad, but not a sick one. Personally I do not rate them higher than Benfica, so what is the use in making the switch except the money? 1 more year developing in the team he got adjusted to, and then the move to a big club, that is what I think is best for Witsel. So I hope the media are just stirring things up and he stays right where he is now...

Our media was saying Anzhi came to Lisbon offering 90M for Rodrigo, Witsel and Gaitán and that our President refused.

The only way I see Witsel leaving is if someone pays the clause (40M €). And I doubt that Witsel would prefer playing for Zenit instead of Benfica. Only if they triple his salary or something.

I mean it as it wouldnt be a catestrophy if Benfica sold him there but yeah i think he should wait one year and then go to European club. Maybe the premiership.

Reports in Spain claim that Cristiano Ronaldo has told Real Madrid president Florentino Perez that he wants to quit the club. It is reported that Ronaldo has made it clear to the club he is not happy, with Cadena Ser de Radio saying the main issue is a falling out within the squad between certain players and that he does not feel 'valued' by the club.

I guess everyone thinks that messi is better and they are not showing any support towards him. Also there may be jabs to him from brazilians+spanish, cause portugal sucks. xD How is that everyone saying Messi is better to him and that all the brazillians and spanish players saying he sucks cuz he portuguese? xD Arguing amongst players, last year it was very well documented that Ramos and Casilas were having heated arguments with Mourinho about tactics, and players being annoyed at Mourinho for that. That will probably be the problem imo, there results have been poor, the team seems to be arguing and Ronaldo is being told everyday that he is amazing and the world loves him by supports and manager/heirachy, so now he wants out.

However personally, Madrid without Ronaldo seems rather...bare? I can't see i would be scared to face a Madrid team without Ronaldo. Would be like playing Atletico without Falcao, it would be rather a meh match.

Messi and Ronaldo's goals minus last season and well Barcelona don't look so good. Specially Barcelona without Messi, i mean imagine there back 4 withouth the option of Messi scoring 3 goals a game and saving them 3-2! Ronaldo does pretty much the same in a way for Real. News! Atletico Madrid striker Falcao is keen to play in the Premier League and has always 'loved' Chelsea Radamel Falcao's father says the Atletico Madrid striker 'has always wanted' to play in the Premier League and is a big fan of Chelsea. Source lol, if he liked us so much WHY U BEAT US ON UR OWN!!

"Ever since Abramovich took over he has loved Chelsea." Still find these statements from agents hilarious though.
