Also more on topic. The ban of Fenerbahce and Besiktas - no wonder, if they cheated, they deserve to be punished. Shame for their players tho.

From championship manager 2000 which I think was the first I played, my experience was the same. Play with my fav team, olympiakos, get sad that I can't buy my fav allstar players due to $$, open the editor, make the team filthy rich(talking about billions), start a new game, drop it after 1 season only cause I don't enjoy it this way.
I wish I had the commitment you guys show and play with a poor team till I make it rich.

but even if you have billions, isn't it hard to buy all star players? for example, even if you offer like 200 million to barca and they let you talk to messi, the agent will say the client has no interest in talking to your club.
i tried as monaco and even though i had money, a lot of players just rejected me because of the team stature
you just have to edit the team's attractiveness and all that jazz too
and yea it becomes really boring a season or two into it. I've had a lot of fun playing games where I took some serie C team and edited it to be equivalent of a good team but not twice as wealthy as real madrid though.

Yeah, that's why I don't like to play as big teams. Plus, I hate dealing with all the egos.
In my current save I'm trying to turn FC Augsburg into a Bundesliga powerhouse.
Landon Donovan is on the final roster for the Gold Cup. I don't know if this is good or bad considering the recent results without him. Glad to see that Jack McInerney is getting a senior call up too, he's been a goal machine in MLS.
Edit: Apparently Dortmund have joined the race (with Liverpool) to sign Henrikh Mkhitaryan. :O

The only people talking about a potential move for Hummels are daydreaming. The dude has a several-year contract left and has repeatedly shown his devotion to the club. There's no actual reason to think that he wants to move.

Can't the player just decline personal terms and thus force the move to fail?
Edit: And NOO! No Jack Mac for a few games means Philly can pretty much only get goals from Williams' long throws off Casey's head. Maybe Le Toux steps up as a striker?
Oh well, USA fan first, Union fan second, should be interesting to see how McInerney does in a USMNT shirt.
Yes but then it's like working for someone who showed a desire to see the back of you? No question he could stay of course, just look at Malouda (bit of a different story), but basically Chelsea had a bid for him accepted, he was in discussions with said team (think was some Brazillian team), Chelsea were happy with the fee we were going to get for him, and he declined the offer. He was then banished to the Youth Team/Reserve Team to train. Never even kicked a ball in a competitive match for the Reserves either. He just turned up to train, got his money then left. Now not saying that would happen to Hummels ofc, but it should always be in the back of ones mind after your club has accepted a bid for your services xD

i can't play with rosenborg because of this. can never refrain myself from editing the values to 'how it REALLY is'...
i play with chelsea but they will probably kick me
i have 10 draws, 6 wins and 5 lose. i won both super cup and world cup finals i guess? (played against corinthians afar). Still not good enough, i can hardly win match at stamford bridge.
