Ouch. Free transfer and everything, and the deal is off. TLers that watch Eredivisie, how good is Douglas? I hear he is one of the best defenders in the league. + Show Spoiler + he's a beast on FM, at least  | ||

Also, being the best defender in the Eredivisie isn't something to be necessarily proud of. Most Dutch criticasters usually say 'well we play some fun football, it's always exciting, but we can't defend at all' which shows in the national team as well lol. | ||

 @Twisted, I disagree that Eredivisie only has bad defenses. Ajax has a good defense and Feyenoord conceded almost nothing from open play. | ||
