It's also an incredible race to get 4th place in the Bundesliga (and a spot in Champions League qualifying). We have Frankfurt making a run for it, who were just promoted; Schalke, who are probably the best out of the contenders and should have done much better this year; Freiburg, who are kind of a dark horse player and haven't made it in a very long time; Mainz, who have never made it to the Champions League; and Mönchengladbach, who lost two incredible players (Reus and Dante) and are still challenging. Should be really exciting. | ||

Strangely enough their team was way better last year when they won the 2nd Division, they beat several Bundesliga clubs in the DFB-Pokal and held Dortmund to a goalless draw. I guess their transfers sucked. | ||

And the two-and-a-half year deal seems to imply that this is going to be a long-term appointment. Really, really crazy. You've got to wonder with how quickly they got it done, they've been courting him for a little while. Oh yeah, I totally forgot that he's also a fascist, -_- | ||

Edit: Funny how I could never see it before but now that I'm watching on an HDTV I can find all the assholes with laser pointers.
