There have been rumors about Lewandowski and Gomez moving for a while, but I'm pretty skeptical about Lewandowski moving. It would probably be quite a steep price if he were to go to Bayern.

Would be great if he came back to play though. According to this, Clarke Carlisle says he's talked to eight gay players the league who haven't gone public.

Well it is not really accepted here, i guess. Atleast if you would play in the Netherlands teams like Feyenoord or Ado Den Haag are teams you don't want to play. They will try to get him by calling him names, whistling and so on. The players will be mature enough i guess, I think the real problem will be the fans. As long as he plays great i think his club will back him up if he can't perform for a couple of matches I think the crowd will turn against him. But the more players come out, the better. Than it will also be excepted faster. (Maybe one reasons why he retired. from interviews he looked like he loved football)

Also did anyone see about how Yann M'Vila might be jailed for sex with an underage prostitute lol? Maybe that's why he didn't want to come to England. The oldest reason in the book: Russian childtrafficking.

Dortmund easily contends with Bayern for the top spot in the Bundesliga at this point; they're probably going to be the next "big club" to be consistently respected in European football. They're coming off back-to-back championships and a double last year. It's not like Dortmund's some nothing club like Augsburg. This is just one of those sad details about football that makes it frustrating sometimes.

Bayern is just a more attractive destination any way you look at it. Dortmund is great to watch but I can understand why a player would leave for Bayern outside of personal loyalty or some other allegiance
