There is no clear system because managers get sacked every second month for no apparent reason, there's no club culture whatsoever regarding playstyle, nothing gets built up. Talents go to waste in the 'youth academy'. A gigantic amount of money has been sunk into oblivion. The entire club is a total mess. This may seem harsh but the problem does not lie with the first team or the ones managing it, it lies with the ones that make policy at Stamford Bridge. The day that Abramovic is done with his toy is probably a good day for Chelsea (even though they'll have it rough financially for a couple years).

The squad Benitez has should not be losing at home to QPR, drawing after being 2-0 up vs Reading and Southampton. And should not of lost away from home at Newcastle after being 2-1 up. Clearly there is something wrong somewhere with him and the players if he cannot seem to motivate them. The squad he has got should be an easy 4th place finish, if not 3rd. Carling Cup and FA Cup should be realistic targets for trophies as well with the way Chelsea can play. Benitez mad his name with style from Liverpool and Valencia which was pretty much counter attacking football and a sturdy defense. I saw a decent defense for his first few games, but we were drawing, but not conceding. Now we are losing and conceding more than just the one goal, that is down to his tactics. He makes crazy substitutions as of late as well, and doesn't seem to know the squad, even though he has been in the job since October/November? And has had a week in Japan with them, i just don't get what he is currently bringing to Chelsea. To get the fans more upbeat you might as well get rid of him and give JT/Lampard the management role until the end of the season, or even Steve Holland who has been around the coaching staff for 2 years + now (since AVB and in the youth/reserves before that) so there is no reason we can't get someone else to do it. Especially considering it doesn't even look like we can finish in the top 4 at the moment.....Which means Mourinho would not come back, which is the only realistic manager we are in the market for at the moment.

Regarding the German league I'm incredibly happy with Frankfurt's performance, they play beautiful football, they're consistent and play way above the level anyone expected them to before the season started. Also, Kevin Trapp is a god. 6 point ahead of the next non-champion's-league-qualification spot three games after winter break, I'd have called you crazy if you predicted that last summer. And even that spot has fucking Mainz.

And even that spot has fucking Mainz. Ive had the same thing happen to me about 10 years ago. The broken kneecap will heal fine but the tendon can be pretty chronic. My left leg is now my dominant leg for jumping and stuff. When it happened to me it was so cold and with the shock I was pretty numb. Apparantly I had a few choice words when they were moving me though. I dont remember very much except finding it funny that with my leg sticking out at a 90 degree angle I could still wiggle my toes. Barca Valencia game nicely poised.
