Oh shit, Hanson. Looks like Bradford will make it after all. Hope they hold out. Crazy times. And now they hit the bar.
I guess Lambert is history if Villa fail tonight. They look dreadful atm.

That could have been Arsenal beating up on Villa and playing for a trophy...
Congrats to Bradford though. Hope they win in the final. And hope they play Swansea

Amazed and pleased for Bradford. Villa are absolutely diabolical right now. Those kids just can't handle the pressure. They sure ain't Fergie's brand of kids. Also...I pray to all known gods that Mourinho makes a return to the Bridge. He belongs here.

If Chelsea make the final doesn't this guarantee European qualification for Bradford? Can't imagine Chelsea falling out of the top 4.

They changed the rule >.< Only the winners get the spot, if the winner already is qualified or whatever, then another place is given to the premier league standings.
At the moment it is; FA Cup Winners Captail Cup Winners 5th Place
If Capital one cup is won by a team who finishes 5th place or higher, (ala Chelsea) then 6th place will get give the other spot.

Ah that's a shame. I'm sure they changed it just for cases like these I guess.

European competition would put massive pressure on Bradford.

Def nicer to see the underdogs win.

Think your right, last team to do this, was Milwall back when they reached the FA cup final and were in the championship. The following season they got relegated.
Transfer News
Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila has turned down the chance to move to the Premier League and signed for Rubin Kazan.

Ugh another talented player off to Russia. Still better than QPR
edit: So the transfer is immediate but he can't play till next season? When does the next season for Russia even start?

Wait. Isn't Rubin Kazan under a transfer embargo?
However, last month the Russian FA banned Rubin from registering any players in January as punishment for unpaid wages owed to former striker Roman Adamov, who was at the club from 2008 to 2012. Rubin were also fined $3,250 and ordered to pay all outstanding money to Adamov within 30 days.
But Rennes issued a statement on Wednesday evening which read: "Stade Rennais, FC Rubin Kazan and Yann M'Vila have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of the French international. After the traditional medical visit, the Rennes midfielder joined the Russian club officially on Wednesday evening."
However, Rennes made no reference to Rubin's transfer embargo with the club hoping to meet with representatives from the Russian FA to get the deal for M'Vila sanctioned.
There is nothing to stop Rubin signing the player, but they would not be able to register him with the Russia FA under the terms of the embargo - and therefore he would not be able to play for the club until next season.
