edit: Carrol is a very good player but has been unlucky several times since coming to Liverpool, he just is unlikely to fit in with Rodgers style of football. If he leaves, all the best to him imo.

So if he leaves I doubt its because of the "kind" of player he is. Despite the way his sides play Rodgers likes his old fashioned center forwards.

The coach announced penalties beyond just a fine for both. Rajkovic even got suspended from further Training and will not be flying with the team to the promo-tour to South Korea. Source (german): http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/bundesliga/startseite/571764/artikel_trainingskeilerei-beim-hsv_arslan-erleidet-platzwunde.html#omfeaturednews To Son as a player: He plays in a rather shitty team but now with Guerrero and Petric gone he is a good option to be a starter every game, depending on how the new transfer from Poland (Rudnevs) works out. He will get a lot of playtime this season I predict.

Besides all the financial b.s. with Rangers, why do Scottish people hate them so much?

Dreadful for Milan if they lose both. Great for PSG, though, who'll be looking great for the Ligue 1 title. Also, Borini to LFC is a done deal. Nice pick-up for the Reds.

A guy on Chelsea youth books for years, didn't look like he was going to make it, went to Swansea in the championship scored 6goals in 9games for them then goes to Roma and scores 9 in 24. He isn't an established player to be picking up, he is a huge risk imo, he could quite easily turn into DiSanto who plays for Wigan who is really poor in terms of conversion rates.

Well hes way better than Di Santo and considering how god aweful some of their pickups have been this is a good deal.

Excited, since for the first time after like 5 centuries we have a team with most talent being up front instead of the back. We'll prolly get stomped either way cause spain. lol

Rudnevs was scoring hattrick after hattrick in the Polish ek and even scored a hattrick vs Juventus in the europa league group stage. I really expect him to start above Son.

They carried out some questionable tax 'avoidance' so a lot of people think they cheated to win the titles and fully deserve to pay the penalty. You have to win fairly. They are the most successful team in the Scottish league so lots of people hate them for that. Being successful they attract lots of glory hunters who think their team winning somehow reflects positively on themselves - they boast about how 'we won the title' so lots of people enjoy watching them cry. They will become Man City/ ManU/ Barcelona/ RM etc. fans for the next few seasons. Not hate but pretty funny watching Rangers turn up at stadiums whose attendances averaged around 500 last season. There is an ongoing problem with Sectarianism in Scotland, religious hate which is the excuse many Celtic fans use to hate Rangers fans and vice versa, embarrassing to Scotland much like racism is a problem in many European countries.
