The only thing I drink is water and some milk. I also used to take 4 shots a week in my childhood to build up allergy resistance.
Anybody have any ideas?

So, my next question is this I have a hand tremor in my right hand. I have no idea what the cause is, but basically if I tilt my head down /look down as far as i can, I can feel a stretch/uncomfortable feeling in an area around my right shoulder blade. I think it is pretty common. I ma just concerned about this. I heard that this tremor is caused due to having weak/imbalanced muscles. If so, if muscles can help my tremor, what part should I focus on? Shoulders? Neck? Because the nerves are around those areas. Neck, shoulders, arm, hand. And what kind of exercise should I do to target that specific area? Thanks people.

(someone made an example of 2kg tomatoes=100g pizza). When talking about body recomposition and weight gain (gaining muscle) protein plays an important role, and protein overall is really good for you. There is an injury thread with a form to fill out.

I went to a doctor and got prescribed flonase and nasonex nasal sprays, but they didn't do anything. I've tried using a neti pot as well but to no avail. Getting enough vitamin D? Take fish oil?

When I run/jump, my cheeks wobble and it is kinda embarrassing.... Does that mean I simply need to lose the fat around my face? And do some weights to add muscle to lose the loose skin?

If you lose weight(fat) your face will wobble less. You can't lose weight in specific areas generally, so just eating better and exercising will help you.

Because after exercising my face is glowing nice and pink like its healthy face, but other than that it is pretty pale. So will good nutrition and regular exercise help my face glow more?

Should I maybe fast for 24 hours? At the moment, I literally cannot begin to think about eating anything as my body feels constipated, bloated, swollen, etc. Helppp I would say don't pay penance or anything, more likely that you'll keep straying from the diet. Just go back to what you were doing before.

It's foolish and dumb. Go back to what you were supposed to be eating

Not eshlow but it has vitamin A and D in it so if you decide to take CLO don't overdo the fat-soluble vitamins from other sources (really only a worry if you're eating a lot of liver or other high vitamin A foods). If your fat sources are good (grass-fed/wild-caught) I'd just take a good-quality fish oil. Otherwise CLO might be worth considering. Make sure you get a good quality one.

I do eat mostly grassfed meats and wild caught fish, alone with fish oil. I might need to start buying more liver though.

I've made the first recipe here: http://paleodietlifestyle.com/simple-and-delicious-liver-pate-recipes/ and it is incredibly delicious and easy. I don't have a food processor so I just use a blender and it works great. Plus I've found you can freeze the pate and it tastes great once it's thawed. Pretty much the only way I eat liver anymore because I'm not a very good cook.

I am alsto curious how long should a weight lifting workout last? I kinda get it that weight lifting should be inense and you get tired pretty quickly by doing intense weight lifting. I was thinking around 30min in my head but id like to hear what some feedback.

Read the sticky on strength training in this forum. It answers both you questions in good detail. Some quick answers: 1) You should exercise three times per week. Rest is very important, as you say, but you don't need to rest six days between every session. Two days per session is more than enough. 2) Your workout should last until you've finished all the lifts you were supposed to do. If you do something like SS, you will have 12 sets with a recommended 3-minute rest between each set which gives you 36 minutes. However, if you include warm-up sets and the time wasted waiting for equipment/setting up weights, it will take you between 45 minutes and 75 minutes.
