Right now I'm just doing exercises to lose weight so I'm not really trying to lift as much as I can or anything else but I do keep track of the exercises I do with excel... might be easier and/or more fun with this. Biggest problem with this might be the exercise names. I do some things that I have no name for so I'm not sure how I will put them up. I kind of made up my own names for them. Overall I'm not sure how much use I will make of such a site but it could add some extra motivation at least. *Edit : Thanks for the invite. I'll leave said person nameless to avoid them getting bothered by others. | ||
