![]() Looking for some interesting stuff on going paleo on a low budget. Found some links that could be helpful for some people. http://blog.modernpaleo.com/2011/02/how-to-eat-paleo-on-budget.html Interesting blog -----> http://paleoonabudget.com/ I had a question on the argument of how hunter gathers had a short life span. This is because they didn't have modern technology right? Would the same reasoning be for the Masai tribe in Africa too? edit----ahh robb wolf goes through this too Also, my dad just had his second triple bypass, and I want to clean up his diet. My parents dont believe in eating paleo diet. As long as he doesn't eat grains and sugars, it would be fine right? I doubt he will give up white rice and he wont eat that much meat since his doctors told him not to. haha I'm right where robb wolf is talking about cardiovascular disease in his Q&A.

Just break it down into physics, you're carrying weight Y distance X, which translates into immediate energy burned. However as a completely rough estimate, I'd say you're probably burning an additional 600-700 calories on top of your body's daily necessity.

whats the difference between the dips and the bench press? and is it ok to do both in the same workout? and is it ok if you are doing chair and your hands dont have the normal grip/ handle like on the dip station? like the handle is somwhat flat but your fingers run down tthe chair . lol so its like dipping on two vertically placed thin wooden boards. will post pics later if needed and do weighted planks put any strains or bad pressure on the spine or lower back?
