I think the common recommendation is 1800kcal min, you will lose that weight, slower but your skin will be better.

Nah, lifted from October2009 till August2010, then hiatus until March of this year. Though my 2009/2010 training had not the quality it has now. A couple of months to figure all the lifts out, then feeling to advanced for SS (although I obviously wasn't), then shoulder-injury, a period of 2 months with running basically everyday and not so much lifting. Now it is way more organized and I understand better what I am doing and should be doing.

Alright, I was hoping to be teh l33test SS trainee evar, but 210kg squat in two months seemed like an almost impossible goal, haha. @FFgenerations, you better.

21/183cm/106kg Starting Date: 18/07/2011 || Goal Date: 18/10/2011 Weight goals -- Lose 10kg and continue on from there ![]() Training goals -- To run 6 days a week and swim twice a week Nutrition goals -- To eat three healthy meals a day. My meals tend to be two a day and one of them is usually junk food or something like scrambled eggs/pancakes Misc goals -- Since I finished school a few years ago I was always lazy, but now I've turned into a slob. I flunked my first year of university, dropped out, worked for a year doing a certificate in IT, finished that (It wasn't exactly hard) and then was unsure what I wanted to do so I worked at a slaughterhouse for a year just for some $$$ in the meantime. Before SC2 I was playing Halo and was already going into a rut, and recently it has only gotten worse. I'm back at uni studying education (Something I really want to do) and I'm already starting to flunk again. My sleeping pattern is now terrible (Sleep from 2am-1pm), I barely talk to any of my school friends or go out with them anymore, basically I'm becoming a slob who just lives in his room and plays games. I've decided I'm getting rid of my laptop (So no more games, will only use sisters laptop for music/posting on forums) until I can get back to a healthy state of body and mind. Sorry for writing all that but it feels good to actually come out and say it in some form. I'll try and post updates in here on a regular basis .

Gogo achieve your goals Get an alarm clock that's either halfway through the room or one without a snooze. Set a bedtime and stuff. My trick is to just workout so hard that if I don't get enough sleep I immediatly regret it. 11 pm to 7 am sounds good, imo. Also, if you are workout just to get into shape, try out Starting Strength in the OP. It's a lot less repetitive and manly than running, imo. Also how high were you in Halo? :D

Age: 17 || Height: 6'0" || Weight: 165 lbs Starting Date: 7/17/11 || Goal Date: 9/17/11 Weight goals -- Unsure Training goals -- 75 push-ups(2 mins) 100 sit-ups(2 mins) 6:00 mile 20 pull-ups Kneeling Basketball throw 80' Shuttle Run 8.5 seconds All of these with about 2 minutes of rest in between each Nutrition goals -- Eat Healthier in General Misc goals -- Look more fit? If you are unaware, these are the exercises for the US Military Academies, and I am currently applying to the AF and Navy Academies. These goals are slightly above the average scores for last year's class. Tips are greatly appreciated. My areas that need the most work are the mile and push-ups. Good running work-outs are needed. Thanks!

+ Show Spoiler + whew, finished last day of work. still super stressed because i wont find out till tuesday if im getting paid (£1k) this month. yes you heard that right...i forgot to sign my monthly timesheet and theyre saying i wont get paid for any of my 139 hours for a whole month... (byebye gym, job, house and independence, not to mention holiday...) had time for only like 1.2 litre of milk and a few sandwiches (900kcal before work too). now 2 pies with 65g protein and another 2 litre milk should do the trick ![]() TOMORROW!!! : squat 60kg 3x5 (will be surprised if i make it) bench 67.5 3x5 (will be equally surprised, 65kg was nasty. will feel DAMN good if i do tho) dead 100 (should make it easy, hopefully do more sets too) eat like a piggy the weird thing is - and i might just be paranoid - i did notice that ive lost mass in my chest and shoulders, and my work trousers were falling down a lot more than usual - however the weighing scale still puts me at or well over 84.3kg. idk how this kinda thing happens in such a short period of time >< but i guess if i work hard it means i can gain it back in an equally short amount of time XD

(byebye gym, job, house and independence, not to mention holiday...) That would make me rage hard. What sort of job are you working? They mustn't give a shit about their workers if they'd refuse to pay you over that. If it's not your direct boss stiffing you then get him to yell at the accounts department. Or join a union and cause a commotion. TOMORROW!!! : squat 60kg 3x5 (will be surprised if i make it) bench 67.5 3x5 (will be equally surprised, 65kg was nasty. will feel DAMN good if i do tho) dead 100 (should make it easy, hopefully do more sets too) eat like a piggy Don't worry you'll smash through those numbers. I always find that after a really hard workout that my next increase in weight feels surprisingly easy.
