Vegetables have something like 5 or 6 times the amount of fiber per weight that grains do, as long as your diet isn't ENTIRELY steak you'll be fine =p.
@froadac, absolutely vit D pills. I used to be constantly at least having "a little bit of a cold" all through my life. Seriously can't remember a time I was completely healthy. I've been taking vit D pills almost religiously since november and I haven't been sick once. Just allergies to pollen and to my dog, not even a case of sniffles... and I don't know if it's the paleo diet, the vitamins or the exercise, but even my allergies are getting better.

Steak and vegetables is really the ultimate combo...
After the summer "came" (10°C outside today lol) I haven't been needing the 10k IU / day but I usually take 5k when I'm feeling not as well as the other days. Works wonders!

looking up seems to help a lot keeping your back/chest up, i do it atm and i think maybe most people do

Looking up probably helps keep your chest up and tightens your traps a little more for a nicer shelf for the bar to sit on. I'm still not quite sure why there is such a huge disparity on the neutral spine vs. looking straight/slightly up (just don't look at the ceiling...)

Here's me guys and my double chin(?) at 120lbs. My lowest is 116lbs i think. Check the white lines if maybe they can indicate if i'm really thin or not and red line for the double chin. If my head is straight of it'll fill both sides.
Now that part is x3 or x4 its size now. if i don't pull my chin close to my neck though it gets a lil hidden.
What do you guys think? Did I just stopped cutting at the wrong time like I almost burned my double chin fat? Does this mean I'll always have a double chin when i become heavier? Do I have to go down to 110 lbs? 
Btw thanks Razith for the long reply didn't wanna quote that huge post for space hehe. Also my height is 5'7 1/2.

um, it's really hard to judge what bodyfat % you are at with a picture like that. take a picture from the front without your shirt on and people can see much clearer what bodyfat % you are at. there's no way to tell whether your chin is skin or fat from that picture there

well, a full frontal bodyshot that includes your stomach would be better but from this you look fairly chubby yeah. I'd estimate your bodyfat is close to 20% from this and that your double chin is indeed from fat. let me guess how you got this chubby ... you did GOMAD didn't you?

Let's get more specific here. What exercises where you doing, what kind of sets/reps scheme. And how much did you improve over which period of time? And a full body shot would be much better, From this particular shot it's hard to judge anything.

i did SS. I ate a lot of whatever including burgers, spaghetti and fries. i ate a lot of sardines as well cause i like them more than tuna took some whey like 1 scoop sometimes 2 scoops a day. i thought i was gonna be fine if i didn't go above my maintenance.
now i'll live alone for a year and a half to finish college and i don't cook. god dammit i'm so fucked lol. i stopped lifting for a while when i knew i was gonna live in a condo.

i eat like some meat and like 2 cups of rice a day now. maybe 3 sometimes. that less than 1k calories damn. i lost me muscles.

well, you would have been fine if you didn't go over your maintenance. but obviously it seems you went a lot over. If you're gonna cut down it's pretty vital you cook yourself. it's not very difficult to fry some meat and vegetables. probably the worst you can do is eat like you were and *not* be lifting, because then all the kcal over your expenditure will be body fat.

i ate like sweet pork earlier with 2 cups of rice for lunch. now im about to eat a chicken leg with spaghetti and cup of rice + small coke from mcdonald's. i don't eat a lot i think but maybe my metabolism is super slow.

btw what do you guys think about my huge tummy? i think that's my super underdeveloped abs and fat on the "5th and 6th pack". it's like my tummy muscle is loose or something. i hope i'm not full of shit or something.
