At your size you shouldn't throw anything away and just eat what she gives you on top of what you're making

Froadac, if it's getting to be too much food, why don't you just scale down your milk intake a bit so that you can eat it all?
Also, what about just telling her that you're trying a bulking diet and ask that she can accommodate your requests? Sounds like she'll be happy that you're trying to eat more and get bigger. I'd refrain from telling her the details of the GOMAD thing though. Just say that you're also incorporating some milk into the diet for calories and protein.

wait, why didn't you just eat the lunch she packed for you in addition to w/e you made? Don't worry about Paleo, just eat whatever you find.

Did you try and train the rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder? I've dislocated my right shoulder 4 times, but after training the rotator cuff muscles I have no problems with that shoulder when benchpressing, pressing, snatching, c&j'ing, etc. Give it a shot if you haven't yet!

According to this diagram, the pain is in my medial collateral ligament.
It's a sort of tweaking pain, acute, kind of feels like a rope has been over-tightened around my joint. It only shows up right as I push off from the bottom of my lift.
I can't get you a video for a while, as I don't have a camera at my uni place. I can ask around my buddy's for someone with a digital camera, but i may not be able to find anything for a while.
Well, your medial collateral ligament is not the problem unless your knees are caving in a lot so.... that's definitely not it.
It's either going to be someting like plica syndrome, or vastus medialis, or something with the pes anserinus most likely.
Inside the knee which it does nto seem to be could be meniscus

Haha yeah my mom wouldnt be too happy if i told her i was buying a ton of whole milk on top of what i'm eating at home. 4 eggs and probably 1/2-1 pound of each beef and chicken + half gallon whole milk by lunch time GET HUUUGE Mom wants me to go in for a physical and blood work and shit cause she thinks all the fat and vit d i'm taking is killing me or something T_T
Anyways, off to train with bud charigna, his daughter who he trains should be lifting and can probably kick my ass :-p

Just spent some time working on cleans with 10kg on the bar. I think I've finally figured out the hip motion. Squats are feeling more natural now as well. I'm stuck going high bar until my shoulder mobility gets better. Whenever I try low bar I have issues with my wrists because I can't get them straight no matter how wide I hold.
I hate your prices on meat Decaf. They are outrageously expensive here. Luckily we have skyr (think cottage cheese but edible) to make up for it.
Frodac: I know what you are feeling man but you'll get used to it. It will get easier in time to down riddicoulous amounts of foods, you just have to practice doing it --- Just had my first strongman practice. Met with Stefán Sölvi and apparently I'm going to a meet with 2 of my training buddies on June 19th, lol!
The workout consisted of front squats where we worked up to 3 doubles followed by rack pulls. There we did sets of 5 reps and worked up to 180kg x 5 (started at 100kg, 140kg, 160kg and then 180kg). They are slightly easier than regular deadlifts.
Then we went and carried this 80kg farmers walk handle in our laps for rounds 25m. Did 2 circuits of those. Then it was back at regular speed pulls, finishing it off with 3 sets of 3 @ 150kg.
Dropped down in weight on the squat today, I wanted to make sure I was going deep enough. Turns out I wasn't in the previous workout, so I rescind my squats of 205 and officially call 195 my range right now. Did three sets of five reps of those, and man does my glutes hurt now.
Also had overhead press, went 5/5/5 at 95 pounds, only struggling on the last rep of the third set. Progress is great on those!
And did a form check on the deadlift too, so I kept the weights at 205. Form looked good, but after reviewing I think my back still isn't as straight as it should be; there's a little curvature that I don't think is healthy.
My body weight is still shooting up though, now weighing in at 134; almost 15 pounds of muscle gained since I first started PP in March. Love it.

sounds like you're doing good frodac. dont overdo the eating coz you might accidently turn yourself off to certain foods for a while; i had a shitton of beef n tomato sauce w cheese until i almost threw up, then didnt wanna touch that combo again for a while.
what reaallly workin for me recently is beef with rediculous amounts of (non spicy) peppers, mushrooms, potato and courgette (w tomato n garlic sauce, maybe cheese). the veggies make it really juicy and better flavour. shame its SO SO fucking expensive to buy vegetables in my supermarket, its like they dont want you to buy them! and the selection of vegetables here seems just seriously limited
