One example is that IdrA talks about paying attention to gas timings on the natural, but honestly if you're a gold level zerg you have no concept of gas timings and what it means for your build, so relying on that is silly and could easily cost you the game simply because the other player is just bad.

If the 4 min intro video was any indication, players in low diamond and below won't get much out of this because there are a lot of concepts that just don't apply. I'd be more concerned about people making an argument that new customers should sign onto a subscription service because one of their favourite players is providing content when he/she tbh doesn't appear enthusiastic about doing it. Has anyone seen the rest of idra's content and if so does this change?

Should we kick out every player that the community deems to have a bad personality? Stop letting his manners get in the way of the fact that he's actually a good teacher and good player. You should be warned for posting something off-topic. If you're going talk down about him talk about his skill and his ability as a teacher.

Why not give the descriptions you just gave me? Why lie and say you both are pro gamers? Anyway, my opinion still stands that this content isn't worth $15/month. You can get accurate, detailed and functional content almost everywhere for free. I'm not sure what the appeal of this site is and what they think it offers that is so unique and worthwhile that people should pay subscription fees for it, but goodluck. edit; went to the site again and listened to the intro podcast with yourself and the site owner. The owner goes into his background into poker and how there aren't any sites in starcraft or one single site to go to get accurate information for the community to learn (huge lie, teamliquid.com??) and then says he had the inspiration to create a site to accomplish those goals. Since you've been in the community for basically ever, you obviously know what he is saying is full of shit but go a long with it. Again, disengenuous, decietful etc. This is just a side project to milk the SC2 popularity to get people to pay for content they would otherwise get for free. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, get money. Just don't feed me bullshit. I have to agree with you here. You can, for absolutely no fee at all, teach yourself the game up to a high master level quite easily if you dedicate some time to it. If you need someone to hold your hand and explain obvious things to you then you simply aren't good. Even though Gretorp is not a pro player I would say his understanding of the game is at that level. I know nothing about Xeris.

Frankly I dont really care about instructional videos, but I can see that there is obviously a demand for these kind of services. Instructional videos has been big buisness for a long time, and have taught a huge number of people valuable life lessons. For instance:
