I think there should be a discount for users who have bought every single stuff at GSL. I've also watched every single one of them... and honestly, give SOME discount to older CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS as you guys did on the first three seasons
anyway, I'm going to buy it, i hope the GSTL is gooood or i'll just buy GSL/NASL/whatever other good tournament deserves paying for it ^^.

The winner of code A will get a spot, the winner of MLG will have one too, and the two first of each up & down group, so 12 people will move to code S.
There will be 36 players in code S the next season instead of 32 this season. How will you handle it in the actual format ?
It's 8 drop from Code S. 1 spot from Code A winner; 1 from MLG winner. 6 from Up & Down matches (there's 3 groups for Up & Down, 2 Code S spots from each group).

I almost forgot ... they also provide five times the content of previous GSTLs per season, this more than justifies the price of 25 USD. I even purchased the ad-free version for 40 USD because I feel it is worth it.
• More SlayerS • This means more chances to see Min, MMA, Ganzi, or another one of Boxer's guys. • Finally some foreigners in a regular GSTL • Every Bo7-series provides a story for itself. All series connect to an overarching, even more insane story line. You don't just watch some matches, but also witness the drama. Once you got your first GSTL experience, you need your next GSTL fix soon.

GSTL is going to be so awesome!!!!(and may I say that is a lot of prize money :O )

Wondering if huk or jinro are gonna appear for oGs some match, because they are mercenaries right?

Does anyone know how whether it is worth buying a full pass, without ads? How annoying are those? They don't pop up during games, right?

No, not in game but in the beginning of VODS (and no ad on live stream at all) I'd say it worth it, but better to buy both pass with ads (in my opinion)

I use adblock and until today I haven't noticed any ad in the non ad stream/vods, so I guess adblock + the cheaper version is just fine

Woohoo! I for one will be buying both passes.......your paying like a nickel per hour of entertainment on Demand. I could have two beers after work and pay more.
Thank you GOM :D

How do you not understand? You've never bought a ticket for a 3 month GSTL before. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME.
You bought a ticket for a completely different (and SHORTER) event.

This will be the 1st time I will buy a event from GOM, I can't express how much I am excited for the GSTL. I don't care if it's $25, this is going to be just insanely epic.

Ommmmmggggggggggggggg so exciting!!!! :DDDDDDDDDDD Who are the casters for the events? Is it gonna be tastosis for code S/ GSTL and wolf for Code A? Have they found a replacement for moletrap yet, or if there is going to be one?

There should be absolutely no reason why Ro8 should be best of five either. You are casting them throughout two days which means 4 players/2matches per day, which is exactly the same situation as the Semi finals. GOM assuade my fears please. EDIT: also seems like Code A semi-finals have returned to Bo3? No way, too much on the line in Code A now with Code S spot to revert back to Bo3. Two Bo3 is too short for one day.
There was actually a typo in the Code A format info there, thanks for pointing that out.
Ro32-Ro8 are Bo3, Semis Bo5, Final Bo7.
Bo8 are not being casted throughout two days, it's on one day.

8 people will advance to (or stay in) Code S next season, not 12.
1 MLG, 1 winner of Code A and 6 from up&down matches.
Up&Down matches: 8 players from Code S 7 players from Code A 15 players are divided into 3 groups of 5. Top 2 of each group advance to Code S.

I hope things work out with TSL Rain
Code S seed is given out starting from MLG Anaheim, not Columbus.

Where are the player introductions? That was one of the highlights from the last GSTL. Are they gone forever now?

Thanks for replying and rectifying Code A query.
However, in my first paragraph I was actually referring to Code S Ro8 (sorry, I didn't explicitly say it), which is according to every schedule I've seen from GOM as being over the course of 2 days.
So going back to my original inquiry, is the Code S Ro8 really a best-of-three or best-of-five as it normally is?

Yey, more GSL/GSTL games!
New prices are quite high. It would be nice so see GSL+GSTL package (with discount!).

Thanks again. The Ro8 Code S is indeed played over the course of 2 days and will be Best of 5.
