If Wave really cares about the D-Pad and is going to play mostly fighting games/retro stuff, he's probably better off with a PS3 controller, still. The xbone D-Pad is a step up from the awful X360 d-pad, but it still doesn't feel like a proper d-pad to me. It's really shallow and clicky and some people have mentioned having issues with diagonal inputs on it, which makes total sense to me with how it feels.
I don't really see why it's so hard for Microsoft to just put a normal d-pad on a controller when other console developers have had no problem with this for the last 2+ decades.

I guess its just remaining hipster talk over iphone users and now the cred is gone.
anyone gonna buy a jacket? too pricey for my blood... cant wait for new hoodie design tho even though what i really want is the old one.

Yeah, initially I was pretty bummed about losing the SD card slot and the replaceable battery and then realized that 32GB is plenty for me and I never actually replaced the battery on my S4 lol. Plus I'm getting a new contract so it will be discounted anyway. Although if I ever run into issues mid contract the 1+1 looks promising.

Old hoodie is best hoodie. Mine is getting so beat up, but it's so comfortable. What's the new design?

Old hoodie is best hoodie. Mine is getting so beat up, but it's so comfortable. What's the new design? Shoutout to the old hoodie. My zipper doesn't even work very well anymore, but I still use it. It's the ol' standby.
Also I'm buying the jackets since I actually have money now. Yay~

Every time I walk by our Ops room, I wish to have the 12+ monitors they have in there.

Its all fun and games until none of them are allowed on none VPN networks and you can't even use it to watch all the esports.

In reality I would love 4 or 5.
-Email/IM x1 -BusinessObjects x1 or 2 -Excel x1 -Other misc programs (Lumira, internal products, etc.) x1

2 is fine for me 1.5 for code/terminals, .5 to switch between email/IM, little window on the bottom of main one for reddit/TL and easy alt/tabbing when someone comes around the corner.

So, Gandhi, what's there to do in Seattle? No idea how much time my friends and I will spend outside of Key Arena, but we're probably going to need places to eat.

I think 3 would be pretty sweet but 2 is good enough.
Anyone else use the dual keyboard method? Currently have left hand on my laptop keyboard and my right on the normal keyboard. It's pretty swag.

I just don't see how something that's worth $5 radically changes your comparison between the two phones, one which costs $250, and one which is $500.

Can't fight the cardboard crack. THS, I'm not sure what phone you have now, but if 1+1 is your first android, you get a free pack that way!
I am a completionist with a gambling problem. Cardback means more than it should. Also the extremely high likelihood that it wouldn't work out in my favour is a big selling point. It's... not a great habit. Also looking into the s6 work-around thing though. Also was mostly joking and do have an android now.

Is that too much to ask? I will watch you over EVO. Yeah since my controller is failing again I'd be kinda tempted to attempt a fightstick but again then it means relearning the game, and spending a lot of money for a peripheral for only one game I play. I think I'd be more likely to splurge and actually get a quality controller that won't fucking break.
I picked up one of these at a gamestop boxing day sale ($20 CAD) a while ago: http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-WWE-Stars-Brawl-Stick/dp/B004M23RAC
It's mediocre-ok, but great for the money. Don't count out a brick-and-mortar sale for some things, I guess is the point of this story.

If you have a spare day, try and head down to Pike Place Market. Parking is hell but its really awesome, there's a shit ton of interesting stalls, and its on the water/really pretty. There's a lot of really good food down there too, especially if you consult someone knowledgeable about the stalls. Walking along that whole waterfront area is incredibly rad as well, it's probably the best way to quickly get to know actual Seattle, since Key Arena is in a sort of oddball part of Queen Anne.
If you need a really cheap place for burgers right near Key Arena, go to Dick's Burgers. It's basically McDonalds prices with much better (for the price) quality food, and it's really close to the Arena.
Checking out the Space Needle is pretty cool since its in the area, I wouldn't put it high on the list if you're strapped for time though. If you have a few hours I'd suggest checking out the Science Fiction Museum that's really near the area. It takes a couple hours to get through but it's more or less awesome.
Good Mexican food is Plaza Garibaldi, it's not flashy but its friendly and has really tasty chips/salsa.
T.S.McHughes is a pretty tasty Irish Pub in the area, but it can be somewhat hit or miss; depending on the staff you get, you might end up getting poor food/service, but the upside is good enough that the restaurant is pretty successful.
If you're just looking for food court kind of things, try and find your way over to the Seattle Center Armory. You might have to do a quick internet search to find it, but its a huge building really close to Key Arena. The inside is actually really cool (there's a whole underground playground, and a school on the top floor as well) and there's a lot of places to sit. The food there is nice and varied, you have the standard food court options like Subway and Starbucks, but you also have some of Seattle's more tryhard hipster establishments like Eltana's and The Confectional. They have really good fudge there, hit that up if you want.
But seriously I heavily recommend finding a day to just go and chill at/explore Pike Place Market. It's really rad.
It's too bad that Key Arena isn't next to #1 best burgers NA Katsu Burger.
Good luck man let me know if you need anything else

I'm pretty convinced that if there was a game made for LLL Game Night it was Rocket League. Everyone needs to suck it up and buy it so hilarity can ensue.
